Never received my order
I placed an order in March and paid a significant delivery fee. They contacted me on the date of my delivery and asked to reschedule for another day (the delivery driver was ill). They never rescheduled my delivery and for months they’ve been unresponsive to my requests for an update or a refund.
Looking at the other recent reviews, I question whether this is still a legitimate company.

Order process all went well. After receiving discovered damaged products. Contacted support to resolve. After some initial responses still no further forward. Have 2 sheets of damaged gipsplaat and there solution was." Well you have to fill the screw holes so you can fill the damage at the same time".
