I pre-ordered pants and over a year…
I pre-ordered pants and over a year later I was told they weren’t in production for my size and color.
Customer service along the way was always prompt, and I was finally offered the amount I paid in pre-order plus 25%. I used it to get their Errant pack and I absolutely love it. The accessories are ok, but the pack itself is baller.

The pack fit my needs perfectly
The pack fit my needs perfectly. Liked the styling and the fit. I accidentally ordered two and didn’t get a certain discount I was expecting but I emailed my issue in and got a response and a solution pretty much immediately. Very satisfied with the experience.

Simply exceptional!
Simply exceptional! I wanted to get an Errand Backpack (and some compatible accessories) ages ago but due to a number of reasons I couldn't get one unit now. Upon receiving my order I realized that everything is way better than what I expected! The built quality is amazing, the design is quite stylish and functional, and it's very comfortable to use! The wait was worth it! I will recommend this backpack to all my photographer friends!

Quality Product and Great customer Service
I have been nothing short of blown away by the product I recieve from Bounday supply. I know there were some issues with distribution on the Chase pants but I did recieve my Grey Chinos and cant say enough about how excellent the product is. I also just recieved the Arclight sling and love the bag. The quality and style is unmatched by any other company. Great products guys.

Love the quality.
The materials feel great. Love the Magnetic locks. I don't the issues with the flap locks like most reviewers mentioned. My laptop barely fits 14-1/4 x 10. Again love the quality and look. Hopefully this will be my new forever bag. The stitching had no flaws and there weren't any loose strings.
Note: main uses are take lunch and laptop to work. Also will be used for occasional adventures.

Bought couple of items and it took more almost a month to arrive in the UK. No tracking info was send to me when I completed the purchase. Had to contact support to then get a tracking link. I have interacted with support few times and they are very responsive.

Love my new pack
Love my new pack. I also go the camera insert which is great. I will order the packing cube soon too to fill the back out nicely. Delivery was great. it came from Salt Lake to Melbourne in about 10 days. It spent more time in distribution in Sydney than it did in the US. Great stuff

I'm very disapointed
I bought after cheking very carefully on your website the messures of the insert that I chosen. When I recieve it at home, its size was six centimetres bigger. So, it doesn't fix in my backpack. If I were living in USA I could return it, but I bought from Latin America so I wont be able to do that for free. It was misleading from you.

good product illogical priorities
While the products I have received so far are of great quality and I love to use them, I got very dissapointed by 2 facts:
-the systems are not that intermodular. I have a prima system, my gf has an errant. None of our accessories fit each other'S system. even in cases, where it would just not hurt a bit... Its a huge shame, Boundary has the potential to dominate in communities/families. If accessories would be more compatible, I would buy much more of them.
-One orders pants. They get almost a year postponed. The company creates 4 new lines of product and put them on the market, while they have not delivered on their previous product. That's a prime show of what's cancerous about the paradigm of constant capitalistic growth. :(

While each bag serves a different daily function and there is some overlap with accessories for both bags, I will pass this feedback along to our designers. Being the middleman in production and logistical situations has proven more difficult for simple pair of pants than we expected and we have had to do what we can as a small, growing business to stay afloat and move forward with other products that were in development before the pants were launched.
