We our product ridiculously fast.

I ordered a BougeRV portable AC for my van. I decided to return it and get something with a higher BTU rating (my van is bigger than this unit can accommodate), and the company was very accommodating and gave me a full refund. I recommend buying from this company.

Refrigerator is working well. Took it on a shopping trip for frozen and chilled foods. Like the multiple ways to charge the battery.

Just ordered a 12 volt plug but it was updated from the previous, with nicer parts, works great and feels durable. Would have been better if the original never broke and they made the plug this way from the beginning

Bought the 30qt refrigerator and battery in February and took it on a week-long road trip in March. It worked great, the battery only lost about 10 percent overnight, and recharged/stayed fully charged when plugged into the car’s lighter port. I bought a 100w solar panel in May and have taken in on 2 4 day camping trips, and it keeps the battery reasonably charged during the day while it is connected (it might draw down to 90 percent on hot days) and recharges quickly when disconnected. I absolutely would buy everything again, although I’d now consider a larger cooler.

Well, your FedEx company delivered the product upside down so it never worked and you've known that for quite a while and still won't tell me how to do something to remedy it. You say your customer service is great but it's not. It's terrible! I'll be posting negative stuff on every post I see from your company because you really aren't that good!

I normally go camping twice a month but these lights are bright it help out alot long lasting battery

When I travel with a cooler in my truck I'm told that there's a rattle where the motor is at and it sounds mechanical when they go over a bump it has nothing to do with the operation of the device so I felt like I'm being lied to and pushed off

I have used various products from Bouge RV o er the last few years. There have been no issues or concerns which have not been addressed rapidly by the conscientious customer support team. I would not hesitate to buy from Bouge RV again and I am sure I shall do so in the future.

Your shipping is terrible. Going through shop. dot com can't track anything. Both orders were late. I like the product probably won't be back though thank you.
