Overall 10/10 customer service been with you for almost 3 years but unfortunately my other account no longer runs properly therefore had to make a new one. My review is to the customer service team who are rapid in there responses.

I was delighted to have won £100 cash on instant wins. I'd only bought 3 tickets, and had only previously won small amounts of game credit. I was offered either £100 cash or £120 game credit, so I plumped for the cash, and within 24 hours, it was in my bank account! Thank you so much, BOTB!! My faith in you has been restored.

After winning £100 in the daily spins competition on 24/12/25, I waited for the money to hit my account. It never arrived. After contacting BOTB to find out what went wrong, I was asked to provide copies of my bank statements to prove I was not trying to scam them! They could have easily checked their accounts to see if the money had gone out, but they were not willing to do that. They wanted me to send sensitive documents over an unsecure email which I was advised by the Police (National Crime Agency), not to do. It's sad to see this companies decline since the days when it was owned and run by William Hindmarch. The current owners are out to make as much money as possible by coercing their players to "subscribe" to certain schemes so that they get a steady income instead of their previous strategy of relying on players desire to win their dream car. I no longer play regularly on this site after the unpaid prize issue. There are lots of other competitions to play these days (I wont name them as I don't want to promote them when talking about BOTB - I think that's only fair). Good luck to anyone who still plays on this site, but just be wary if you win a small prize!

Don’t fall for it - you have better chance of winning the national lottery!
They advertise a competition you think you might actually have a chance of winning, something not everyone needs to win, like a wedding, not everyone is going to enter that surely? - but hidden away in the terms and conditions (that they rely on people not reading) is actually when you enter one competition to win something, they combine multiple other competitions such as winning a motorbike alongside god know how many other competitions advertised to win various different things that hundreds and thousands of people are buying tickets for thinking ‘oh not everyone wants a motorbike I have a chance to win that’ but no, you have even less chance of winning because the world and his wife are entering to win all sorts of different prizes and BOTB are throwing us all into the draw instead of it being a single competition for those that want to win a specific prize. So whoever is drawn, they win whatever they bought tickets for, such as a motorbike, nobody wins the wedding, or holiday, or god knows what else is thrown in the mix, they advertise various competitions that nobody is ever going to win just to bump up the number of people spending money on something they’re never actually going to win!
One major scam all day long don’t waste a penny on them!
