Product delivered and strap is beautiful and manufactured exactly to Panerai strap dimensions.
Due to thickness of canvas strap is on last hole but Bosphorous has graciously committed to remaking that element at no charge.

Bought a 10 watches briefcase, and it is very well made. The leather is beautiful, each compartment give me enough room to store me 42mm watch. Their customer service response my email in the same day. I am very happy with the product, and definitely will buy again from them.

Due to the lack of patience myself, there was a misunderstanding for some issue. But, they tried their best to take full responsibility. Even though the watch case took much longer than expected, but it was absolutely NOT a regret at all in purchasing from Bosphorus! What i enjoy the most of the entire purchase experience was the prompt and super polite response always to all my enquiries, and they always do their best to fulfill all that i request for. It was saddening to hear that the production site was badly damaged by the earthquake that hit Turkey, but i am so glad that the company came back on their feet in time, and i simply wish them continued success always! You will NOT be disappointed to order your watch case from them!

I had the watch roll in hand in a little over a week. When it actually shipped from Turkey to the US it took less than 24 hours with DHL to my door. Amazing product, simplified ordering process and amazing delivery time. I'm very satisfied and look forward to ordering again in the future.

I have been searching for the perfect Watch roll for some time and I constantly see famous watch collectors having Bosphorus products. From the very beginning the customer experience has been amazing. The ability to customize not only the Watch roll but also to get pillows to match your wrist size is something other companies don’t offer. I have been in constant communication with the team and they were always very kind and responsive. I want to give a big shout out to Buse for always answering all of my questions. I asked for an extra pillow because I wasn’t sure what would fit my wrist size because I am in between sizes and with no hesitation they said no problem. Once the item shipped it was in NY and delivered in 2-3 days. When I unboxed it, you can tell they take pride in their work. It was like unboxing a piece of jewelry. The Watch roll was perfect. The craftsmanship was like no other. The leather quality was the best I have ever seen. Even down to every stitch was perfect and the velvety suede and softness of the pillows assured me this is the go to brand for watch cases and rolls. I hope to purchase one of their gorgeous watch cases one day and I know I will not be disappointed. This item also came just in time for Eid.
