Throw away ear buds
After a little over 24 months the battery on earbuds are useless. Bose told us to buy another $369 set (at only $209 from their agent). Service line stated they only expected items to last 2-3 yrs.

Never had a Better Experience with a Company
We noticed some VERY MINOR wearing and tearing on our 5 year old bose headphone and we contacted them to ask how to avoid this. They immediately replaced it no questions asked.
Avoid Bose at All Costs
Have been trying to use Bose’s WhatsApp to try sort out a warranty issue with my wave iv (< 1year old). I uploaded all the docs to to their WhatsApp number 2 Sunday’s ago (as I did for the 3rd time now, in this app), with s/n and proof of purchase from JBHiFi, WA. I waited 3 days and no reply. I then tracked down their Bose’s service phone number, and was told on the call, ‘Bose doesn’t have a service agent in WA’, and at this stage they couldn’t assist me (are u for real Bose?)? The unit is under an Aus 1 year warranty!! The saga continues, and last Thursday (4-days later), I finally received a response to my WhatsApp message, posted (correctly by myself), on the previous Sunday. On Friday, Monday and yesterday, I was asked again, to supply my details again, which I just post the s/n pic and tax invoice again. Frankly, it has to be a joke Bose? Bose has no after sales support. It does RE-enforces my concerns wrt Bose and their very poor customer service, having been through a similar experience in 2018, wrt E8’s, that was never resolved. Avoid Bose at all costs. The products may be okay (are not now!!), but their after sales support is the worst I have ever experienced. Thankfully my surround and other products are not Bose! Don’t purchase Bose, as their after sales, and warranty service in Aus, WA is a complete joke (shocking). Will stick to Yamaha, B&O, Focal in the future. Bose you are a complete embarrassment and a joke!!

Unwilling to do anything to make the situation better - their choice for their actions deciding to close their stores to save money. Won’t be buying or recommending Bose to anyone! What BS!
Poor Online Shopping Experience - Still Waiting!
Made an online purchase 12 days ago and never received any update about my order except for the order confirmation and having my credit card charged.
There's no method to track my order via their website and when I called their call centre they said they had no record of the order and will need to get back to me in 2-3 days.
If you really need to buy Bose I strongly recommend going to a physical store!

Great customer service
I'd purchased my Bose QC25's from Officeworks just last year. Love them - amazing to use during flights and just in general to block out noises while I'm at work.
In late February 2018 the sound suddenly stopped working out of one side of the headphones. I contacted Bose support with some wariness, thinking that there might be some run around before I could get this resolved because I'd originally bought it from Officeworks.
Instead I spoke to a friendly customer service rep, got prompt responses and was able to return the product for a replacement that works perfectly. Really happy with my experience overall.
Great Customer Support
I want to share the good experience I had with Bose Customer/Technical Support, I had recently purchased a Bose Wave Music System IV which I was very happy with but unfortunately the third music CD I played on this system was defective and jammed inside the player which was very disappointing and upsetting as I'd only had the unit a short time, but I contacted Bose Customer Support and spoke with Simon who was very friendly and totally understanding about my plight with this unit, after explaining what had happened Simon suggested that it be returned under warranty for repair, the Customer Service provided by Bose was exceptional, the unit was picked up from my home and was returned in perfect condition super fast two days later, fully repaired and checked to be working as it should. Great effort Bose! this is the kind of Customer Service that we wish we could get from every company.
