Ralph Lauren Polo Disaster

I literally do not know if I should be upset with Boscovs or Ralph Lauren. I purchased a white Ralph Lauren collar polo. Literally brought it home to realize the collar had a spot on it. I needed the shirt for that day so I figured id put it in the wash. The shirt is so cheaply made it looked so dingy and worn down. I could not wear the shirt or take it back because the tags are off. Never have I ever experienced this with a brand new shirt. So disappointed!

DO NOT SHOP ONLINE WITH THEM.
It would be zero if that was an option. I placed an order online, payment went through, but I got an error message. So I’ve been trying to contact them about it for two days and can’t get anyone to answer. I filled out a form and their response email gave me a link that didn’t work. About to file a fraud report, I guess.

Boscov Is In Process.

Boscov is ridiculous. Their customer service is surreal. My purchase has been in limbo for about two weeks. FedEx has stipulated that the package is out for delivery, in a town I never heard of, for three days. Boskov's customer service tells me the package isn't lost because "it's in process." I have no idea what that means. I have been told to call back in two days on two occasions. Each time, I'm told the item is in process. That is a wonderfully innocuous term. I should have used that excuse in an equally emphatic manner when my thesis was late. Boscov's is in process. Do not purchase anything from this store. Wait until they're out of process.

Wonderful department store

Excellent good quality at competitive prices. Geared for the customers with kindness. A virtual department store with great, linens, Men's dprt. Women's, children, dining goods, chocolate department store too. Much more. Always fun. Much parking.

Nightmare phone and online

It's like you need 50 people helping you through simple transactions. Horrible phone customer service. Online isn't a picnic either. I'm so frustrated. Call me Boscovs if you wanted the lengthy details. I love you but you need more training for your phone and online orders. It's an absolute nightmare and my husband and brother in law felt the same.

Ordered a pair of levian earrings

Ordered a pair of levian earrings - when they came there was only one in box. When spouse called was told they would send him paperwork to fill out on Tuesday. We still have not received any further communication from them. As far as I am concerned customer service stinks and they have left no option but to contact the credit card company over this. I really thought they would make this right. They were ordered online and shipped from somewhere in Pennsylvania but no store is listed in email confirmation

I went there for gift wrapping

I went there for gift wrapping. I was treated horribly at the Customets Service desk.
I inquired about having a CD I bought wrapped and the guy behind the counter treated me like I was a big pain and then spoke to me disrespectfully. I tried to be nice to him, but he was absolutely miserable toward me. So I ask, why would the store hire someone like this, to work in customer service???

I went to use my military discount at the York Pa. store I had my paper she said I could she needed Id but would not tell me what she wanted just said I could not use it she took my paper an through it away very nasty I called the manager she said I could not use it because he passed away I called the main customer service she said I can use it if my name is the same beware of the York store vets my husband put in 16 years

Mistake in my orden

I bought my package online and it was delivered today... but there's a mistake in my order: the product, the size, and they even added a pen mark to the clothing... this has ruined my gift for tomorrow.

Order no show

Order no show. On phone trying to talk to a person 3 fifferent times...wait wait wait. On hold forever. Very poor. 0 stars. Internet order. Usps ticket generated on 12/26. Item never shipped. Today is 12/5. Butler. PA location.

I would give no stars if possible.

I would give no stars if possible.
1st tried to place online order checkout spun and spun then gave me an operation error message that pmt couldn’t be accepted. And that cart was emptied.
However, it charged my credit card for order. But order doesn't show up in purchase history nor did I receive an order confirmation email. Tried to contact CS on hold for over an hour now. Tried chat multiple times also..no live reps available. Will NEVER try to do business with this company again.

Poor customer service

I ordered an Emily Daniel's blouse. Wore it once. Washed on delicate cycle and immediately moved it to a hanger to air dry, when I realized a seam on the shoulder had come unstitched. I looked up how to send a customer service request to Boscov's and asked them to either refund my money or replace the shirt. It's been three weeks and they haven't bothered to answer me.

Bad Experiences at Boscovs

Wanted to order online and use my Boscovs credit card. I was told my card was frozen because I had not used it in 60 days. I had used it in August. I had to use my Visa card instead. When I called the credit card customer service they had no idea why I was told my card was frozen..it was perfectly fine to use. What? The item I ordered was a comforter and it was so flimsy and not worth the price. I'm done with Boscovs. The quality of the merchandise is subpar now and ordering online is total aggravation.
I used to enjoy going to the Woodbridge location and spending a day shopping there but that's not happening anymore. Goodbye Boscovs!

I love shopping at Boscov's

I love shopping at Boscov's. But - to be honest - I liked it a lot better before you rearranged everything. It was much nicer and much easier when everything was arranged in meaningful departments. The way it is now, everything is all over the place and difficult to find specific areas. Would be nice if you went back to the old way of organization by departments.

This places harasses me with their constant email ads even though I'VE NEVER SHOPPED THERE! Unsubscribing does no good nor do my emails asking them to stop. This PLACE STINKS, and I will NEVER ever shop there.

Everything about Boscov's is cheap

Everything about Boscov's is cheap. The website has numerous issues all the time, though the issues vary depending on the day. Ordering on line is a nightmare and shipping is even more of an issue. It takes better than a week once a tracking number is sent via email to when the actual item either leaves the store or warehouse. The vast majority of their clothing is previous years which is why the prices are so cheap. I really want to try and like them but their are too many negatives about them. Don't get me started on customer service when you call the "800" number...absolutely hostile.

⭐ 1-Star Review for Boscov’s Online Purchase

I ordered 10 cups from Boscov’s online. When they arrived, I was shocked to find lead warnings on each cup — something that was never mentioned on the website.

I immediately called customer service to return them. While the people I spoke with were polite, they clearly were not well-trained or informed. I ended up speaking with four different representatives, spending over four hours on the phone. Each promised to email me a return label, but I never received one.

When I finally got a label, it was addressed from Boscov’s to me, not the other way around. When I questioned it, the rep said she’d spoken to her supervisor and that it was “the way it’s supposed to be” — which made no sense. I checked with FedEx, and they confirmed my suspicion that the label was incorrect.

I called back yet again, but the next rep also failed to send me a correct label. I was told one would be mailed, but based on this experience, I doubt it will ever arrive.

This was a horrible experience. Customer service is untrained, unhelpful, and refuses to escalate issues. I would not recommend shopping at Boscov’s — their customer service is nonexistent, and no one seems to care about resolving problems.

Everything went wrong

Everything went wrong. I ordered a purse...to arrive in a few days...get an email that the order will be delayed...ugh! Then I get a new email that it is arriving today. yay! I open the box to find two Adidas running shirts...wth??????? I call and they say they can't send me what I ordered! I need to return the shirts and then when they get them they will issue a refund and I'll need to order the item again. No thanks...Boscov's isn't the only place that sells that item. They should have overnighted me what I ordered. THAT would be good customer service, but instead, I'm here writing this bad review and NEVER ordering from them again. Hope it was worth it Boscov's!

Rude employee

Was at the perfume counter in Boscovs in Eatontown Nj yesterday, I was looking to buy a new perfume and I was by the counter going to pick up the one and purchase it when the rude sales women came over with a nasty comment. So I just put it back on the shelf and went to macys and purchased it there where the sales associates where very helpful and nice. So Boscovs lost me as a customer and I previously purchased all my perfumes and many other things from there. No more
