⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service and Quality Studio!

I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the fantastic aftercare service I’ve received from Booths Garden Studios. From the very beginning, my experience has been exceptional, and I can confidently say that investing in this studio has been one of the best decisions I’ve made.

A special mention to Pix from the aftercare team—he has been absolutely brilliant. Always prompt, helpful, and knowledgeable, providing excellent advice on maintaining the studio. The entire aftercare team has been consistently responsive, ensuring that any issues I’ve encountered have been swiftly and efficiently resolved.

Most recently, the team came over to sort out a panel and some issues with the wall, and previously, they helped with the sliding door. Every time I’ve reached out, I’ve received top-notch support, which truly sets Booths Garden Studios apart.

I’m extremely happy with my studio, and I highly recommend Booths Garden Studios to anyone considering investing in one. Fantastic service from start to finish!

We've now had our garden office from Booths for just over a month. The whole experience from initial contact through to installation and aftersales has been excellent.

The studio is great quality and fits perfectly in our available space. It took the guys 3 days to install. Communication throughout the whole process was faultless.

We chose Booths due to the maintenance free aspect of the product and the fact that it is portable so can be taken down and relocated if needed in future.

Booths were not the cheapest option but we're really happy with our choice and would highly recommend.

We have had our 16x8 QCB studio now for 2 years so thought a good time to review.

Service from the outset was first class with clear instructions sent across and everything shown on the google sheet. We had plenty of back and forth making sure we had something that worked for us and nothing was too much hassle for Carmen.

Once we had sorted everything we then arranged delivery and installation and that all took place on time and the studio was up in a day which is unbelievable!!!!

We have now been using for 2 years as a work from home office for 2 people and it is an absolute delight to work from. We now have a better setup at home than in the office!!!

We have gone through some pretty harsh weather over last couple of years and the studio has not seen any effects of this.

I would highly recommend Booths and a studio as this has proved to be a really good investment

We now have a wonderful lodge in our garden the customer service has been excellent and the product is more than we expected thank you, Alex you have a fantastic team behind you.

We chose a Booths Garden Studio because of the zero-maintenance. Everything else turned out to be brilliant too! The clean, contemporary design, a fab visit to the showrooms where Alex found time to talk to us, the easy order process, the quick lead time to installation, the friendly communications - oh and the installation! The guys were exceptional. They worked so hard in the baking weather and their standards were so high. There were a few glitches with missing parts but they were delivered from the warehouse the same day. The quality of the finished studio is top quality. To say I am absolutely thrilled is an understatement - it's everything I dreamed of and more. Price-wise not the cheapest, but this is worth every penny - and no maintenance!! And it can travel with me if and when we move. Thank you!

We purchased a QCB annex for my 92 year old dad approximately a year ago and can categorically say that we couldn’t have chosen better.
The concept is simply brilliant. Booths’ planning was thorough, installation impeccable and their after sales service has proven to be just as impressive.

I couldn’t be more delighted with this company. From start to finish the care and customer service has been fantastic. My initial enquiry was met with a prompt response, the quality of information on the website was good, no frills and ongoing newsletters about the product and new features etc shows a ongoing excellence in refining design and process of construct. All the was through the ordering and lead up to installation was well handled -all questions answered, no heavy upselling and I felt well informed about all aspects of the garden studio.

The installation day was a dream (in comparison to any work I have had done on houses previously!) The online form prior to installation meant that all expectations were managed well, all aspects well considered and gave an opportunity for us to really think about what was required to make things go smoothly. The installation team were on time, incredibly polite and efficient, catching any snags along the way so that there were minimal delays in construction. From 7.30am arrival to 6.30pm leaving construction and tidy up done, furniture was in my 9pm I was sitting with a glass of wine admiring my new garden studio.

The most lovely thing about the experience was the WhatsApp group of all who were involved in the job. A place to ask questions and where I was delighted to post pictures of the finished product. The genuinely felt messages on a job well done was wonderful.

The electrical hook up two days later was equally as smooth and efficiently done. Really you couldn’t ask for more.

Everyone who has seen the studio so far has thought it was stunning and an incredible transformation of space in a day. I still am bowled over by the whole experience and have already recommended Booth’s to two friends who loved what they have seen.

The follow up after care call was appreciated too. So 10 out of 10 to a fabulous, family run business with an excellent product which they are clearly passionate about and rightly so!

Honestly this was the best experience I could imagine for buying something like this. I did a fair amount of research before setting on Booth's and no one else could offer the kind of service and warranty that they did for anything like the price. It really was a no-brainer.

We visited their site and everything was very relaxed and friendly, absolutely no hard sell, they were happy to answer the hundred or so questions we had and we could pencil in an install date then and there.

Anyhow, install day arrives, the guys were terrific, gave us sound advice on final positioning and got it all done inside a day.

There was an issue with one panel, damaged in loading and it was replaced in 3 working days. Absolutely great service.

The final product is really good and I am a very happy customer.

We've had our Booths Garden Office for about 4 faultless years. Original construction went like clockwork on the day.
A few weeks ago we decided to have an air conditioning unit fitted by Booths and this too was seamless. Dale is such a tidy worker and a nice bloke to boot.
Think we'll be seeing Dale again as we're going to have an a/c unit installed in the house.

We had our studio installed in 2013, the installation was conducted on time & on budget & we have been very pleased with it.
Fast forward to 2022 & the Studio roof has developed a leak, I notified Booths & they sent their excellent Aftercare Team, Chris & Pix to evaluate, the roof was repaired & in fact upgraded, that’s after nearly 10 years and at no cost to me, Chris had to return again this week as I had a concern & once again the roof was inspected & additional upgrading conducted, this is amazing service!, they are true to their word with the warranty that’s for sure.
I highly recommend this company if you are after a garden Studio, you won’t be disappointed & with the peace of mind that repairs will be conducted without question speaks volumes for Booths and their products, thank you Alex, Chris, Pix & all the excellent team @ Booths.

All my communication with Booths has been great- from the initial discussions, visiting their showroom, through the installation and post-installation service. I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of my studio but the attention to detail and focus on customer service has been exemplary. I feel in safe hands and would thoroughly recommend Booths Garden Studios.

We ordered a garden studio earlier this year, and couldn't be happier.

Carmen arranged for us to see one that was built near us, answered any and every question and arranged everything. On the day of the install the chaps were very professional and pleasant, cracking on with the job at hand.

The electrics were booked for 2 days later, but we were lucky enough to get a callsaying they were coming a day early. Finally the Aircon was fitted and everything was done brilliantly, without a single hitch.

It's now a drum studio/games room/gym, and looks the business.

I have bought 2 Garden Studios from Booths and have had only extremely good service and very high quality work, both during the 2 original assembly operations and also during 2 after care services. Today, they replaced the double glazing in a full window panel that had been damaged--no fault of theirs--in fact I decided not to use a local glazier company simply because I wanted the Booth's quality. The gentleman who did the repair could not have been nicer. He was there when he said he'd arrive; he was polite, efficient, and very thorough. While he was busy, I looked at some parts of a new studio build that were strapped to the roof of his van. The quality is unbelievable. These beams which I am guessing go along the top edge of a studio and are quite intricatly made of wood and covered in a metal sheet exterior. I fancy myself as a carpenter, but I can't get joints and edges as clean and well fitting as the ones I saw, and these were not even going to be exposed to view. They're internal. That says it all for me. Quality! And service!

Excellent service from Booths and fantastic studio. The studio looks great and working in it nearly all the time. Plus a middle partition means I have a storage shed too. Some issues with the neighbours led to me changing some of the grey to
Oak to make it less visible. Darren has been great sorting out and friendly installers. Nick

The studio is very good quality and I love that it already comes with lights and blinds - that’s a nice finishing touch. I’m looking forward to it being hooked up to the electricity and getting all my work stuff set up.

I did have an issue with where the studio had been placed, and there was a bit of a communication mix-up to start off with as to what was going to happen next. But the Booths team did step-up and put an enormous amount of additional work in to get it resolved, which was really appreciated - in fact it was the owner himself Alex who turned up with a colleague to sort it (and I got to have an interesting chat about veganism and the company’s vegan cafe).

At the end of the day, these things happen, we’re all human. If you’re considering whether to opt for their studios, the important thing to know is that if something isn’t right they will sort it, not that I get the impression they have many complaints. They’ve also since been out to address a minor scratch, which shows their care and attention to detail.

From the moment we spoke on the phone to the completion of my office these guys are thoroughly professional.

They do everything for you and keep in touch all the way, i had a couple of curve balls i threw at them and it wasn't a problem at all.

The fitters were great and worked on that bit extra in the day to complete the job which i was told may take 2 days, amazing work guys.

Very highly recommended.
