Got my 6mm diamond cut rope chain quick and securely. Great quality chain, looks really shiny and the weight is near enough similar to the described weight, just half a gram off (not that deep). Thanks for the great, stress-free service.

I have had two chains from Joan now, both rollerball, one 2.5mm and one 4mm. They are top quality and very well made, sturdy and look lovely with my pendants. Customer service is excellent and she is always very helpful, delivery is always quick. Highly recommend

I ordered a bracelet with this company and loved it. However, I had one problem with it. I contacted Joan and in the next two days the bracelet was replaced with a new one. The bracelet is beautiful and Zi am very impressed with the customer service. I can see this becoming my new ‘go to’ company for jewellery in the future. Thank you Joan.

It was my first purchase from Booth and Booth. However it was of exceptional quality. I bought a silver chain from them. It was of exceptional quality and the chain was fit for purpose. It was a replacement chain to hold my gemstone pendants. The customer service from when I placed the order to the end was absolutely brilliant. I will be purchasing other items in due time from them.

Great service, definitely recommend!
Ordered a 20” sterling silver rope chain for my son, chose this company as the price was excellent and the reviews were good. Received an email the next day saying my order was being dispatched and I received it a few days later. Chain was really nicely packaged and there was a personal thank you note from Joan.
