The service expectation was not fulfilled, I paid for three hours however, only two hours were delivered by the operator. I did communicate the issue with Carl Brooks (the director and owner) after the event. He said he would investigate by checking the time stamps of the videos. We exchanged emails on the matter, and I clearly stated the sequence of events on my wedding day. In the email exchange, Carl asserted the operator was told to pack up and leave. At this point, I was upset; I paid for the booth hire and any issues the operator encountered on the day he could have approached me or my husband. However, he packed up and left without a word. I still haven't heard back from Carl regarding compensation. Disappointed and ripped off by a small business. I asked for a refund and haven't heard back from Carl.
