My Phone was hacked for the 3rd time in 6 months. #1 Linda at the Mesquite Texas store Galloway Street, has always been friendly & accomidated me from the day I changed providers. i called online today because the authorities advised me to do so. Yall couldnt even find me in the system, blew my mind . I mean I have spent a GRAND on phones, no worries just concerned. Linda will take care of me Monday. In the mean time online I believe her name was JEL ? Very friendly but couldnt assist with the HACKED issue. Transferred me to IT dept for fraud I cant remember this youn ladies name but she was very patient listened and tried to get me to the correct department and she did. Hunter in your IT DEPT IN FLORIDA is BOMB DIGITY . I work in the autofield, Im cust Relations MGMT. I can get 10s all day long on reviews but this young man from Pennsylvania stole the show. I just want you to know I am a previous customer of metro PCS 21 yrs. It was time for a change. Yall have got this customer satisfaction help and concern issue handled. I give Your team A 100 . now if you can fix what ever is causing me to be hacked and identity stolen that wold be great ..
