Communication was excellent throughout and staff were more than happy to sort out any issues which arose during the process in a friendly and efficient way. The quality of the end product (400 books) was amazing.

Customer service was amazing, on numerous occasions they talked me through my options over the phone and went above and beyond to suggest how I can get the best deal for what I needed. After selecting the Fast Track option I went from uploading the files on Monday to receiving the books on that Wednesday, at super reasonable rates even with the additions I got. I would recommend BookPrintingUK to anyone.
