Great Customer Service
I received my items quite quickly and they were what they described although a few times did not suit me. So I returned them. I had not heard anything for a few weeks so I sent an email and received a reply quickly about when I’d received my refund and they were quite helpful. Great customer service, products and delivery

Really disappointed at how customer service has gone down hill. Trying to get an issue resolved with so much going back and fourth speaking to endless bots. Please spend your money more sustainably with other brands who have customers at their forefront.
Overall positive - efficient returns
Had an overall positive experience with boohoo and surprised to read all the negatives. We ordered some prom dresses for various end of term events and the prices were very reasonable, meaning my daughter could have more than one dress, rather than wearing the same one to everything - lucky her. The dresses look great on but one was a bit small. I had lost my order number and was worried about being able to return it. Kai the AI assistant resolved this instantly and was able to provide my order number so I could create a return which was also exceptionally easy compared to some sites I have used. Hoping my refund will be equally efficient!!

I ordered a two piece set which…
I ordered a two piece set which includes two skirts and two tops for next day delivery as I was going out my items arrived which very carelessly was packed in the warehouse and ended up only sending me out the skirts for my two piece sets without both tops which I could not wear both outfits very careless behaviour and ridiculous customer service like who packed two skirts without top as it comes in two sets so weird never had this before definitely would not be buying from boohoo again constantly have bad reviews. Never on time with delivery packages are constantly wrong. Sort it out. Communication and getting through to them is absolutely ridiculous as well. I've messaged them on iMessage which I still have not received a response.

Next day delivery is often not next day delivery. Spoke to customer services who openly said they knowingly lie about this 🤷♀️🤷♀️
Worst company I’ve ever ordered from
Worst company I’ve ever ordered from, my last 3 orders have all been wrong, wrong items received, wrong sizes and items missing. At first I though ok errors happen so ordered again, 2nd time thought Jesus not again surly just another mistake and 3rd time it was for my partners birthday and 2 items were wrong size, 1 item wrong and 1 item missing. AND GUESS WHAT…. ZERO customer service. Says you can only contact via message and messenger and they never ever got back to me from my 2nd order so I’m now dreading trying to get a response on this last order. NEVER AGAIN!

Outraged. Since when did the returns window reduce? Absolutely sneaky to do something like that. I’ve got over £100 worth of stuff that I needed to return due to bad sizing and now I’m stuck with no way or returning. Disgusting.

I would rate it as zero stars if it was possible. Awful customer service- to get through a person is almost impossible, it takes days for someone to get back to you via whatsapp! AI agent will be asking the same question a dozen of times! Return gets processed with error and nobody can help!

Avoid at all costs. An absolute scam. I sent back the order only to find it redelivered to my house…actually it was in a bush in my garden. Can’t send it back because the code has already been used. Customer service are unhelpful. No phone number. Terrible. I wished I’d read the reviews before I bought the dresses.
Absolutely Apalling Service
I have never written a review for any company that has disappointed me; however, this one has tested my patience immensely.
Tried to get small issue sorted via customer service since the 27th April, and it's nearly 3 months later.
Have sent ongoing emails asking for an update and just get the same emails back asking for my email etc and then when I send them (again) all you get is "Our customer service is busier than usual" There is no customer service. Have asked for management details repeatedly to no avail. Disgraceful service.

If I could give 0 I would, ordered a jacket in a size M & was sent a size S, started a return and reported wrong size received & customer service are terrible, I paid next day delivery and had to pay to return and they said they can’t refund full amount owed as I didn’t take a picture, what a load of rubbish, I’ve sent order number and you can clearly see they’ve sent wrong size, I’m a pensioner and feel totally ripped off.

Ordered a few dresses a couple weeks ago 1 of the dresses was completely ripped on the shoulder, having contacted customer services they agreed that I should return the dress for a full refund. I have returned the whole order and it states on the return portal that all 3 dresses have been returned and a full refund has been issued however I have only been refunded for 2 of the dresses (damaged dress hasn't been refunded) I've been back and forth with customer services and it's like speaking to a brick wall. I have lost total faith in ordering from this scam company ever again! Boohoo do better.
Incorrect items recieved
Out of 5 items that I ordered, 2 of them were correct.
1 item was similar but not the same as the image used for the item. It also had a missing button!
The other two items were obvious from looking at them they were incorrect. One was supposed to be white lace shorts and I got something with black and whit stripes. The other a white co-ord and I got some champagne dress
Even more disappointing as quality wasn't that bad. Just wish I got the items I asked for!
Ordered trousers and received a crop top
I ordered two trousers off boohoo costing €35 including delivery.
My package arrived and I received one trousers which was nothing like the pictures and instead of the other trousers I got sent a bikini crop top.
Got onto customer service and got 12 different customer service reps replying with the same generic message and asking for more proof and pictures of the trousers. Couldn’t send a picture of the trousers because I didn’t get them. Explained this in each email and sent pictures of the top and each time I get a generic reply and then new customer service reps asking for the same again.
I finally admitted defeat and gave up and just returned everything.
They then issued a refund and failed to refund me the delivery because they said that’s not refundable…even though I paid for delivery for items I didn’t receive.
An additional charge was taken for return too.
Honestly do not buy from the website. I’ve had better customer experiences on SHEIN….absolutely painful experience.
Forgot to mention it took a solid 7 weeks of forward and back emails before I gave up.

I ordered some shoes and within seconds of ordering I realised it was getting delivered to my old address. I quickly contacted them and asked them to either change or cancel my order as I wouldn’t be able to go to my old address as it’s hours away. I was told they couldn’t change or cancel my order so now my order is going to end up completely lost! Most companies will change or simply cancel your order but not this company!!!! Do not use! Customer service if you can call it that also take ages to respond!

Awful experience!! I won’t be ordering from Boohoo again.
I’m really disappointed with the whole experience. A £15 “protection” charge was added to my basket, which I did not want and did not knowingly agree to. This should not be automatically added, and it certainly should not be down to the customer to pay extra to cover Boohoo’s own packing mistakes or issues if a delivery goes missing.
I only noticed the charge once the order had already been processed, which feels very misleading and unfair.
The customer service has been just as frustrating. It’s so annoying dealing with automated AI responses rather than a real person who can actually understand and resolve the issue properly. On top of that, two items were missed from my return refund, so I’m now having to chase money that should have been refunded correctly in the first place.
Overall, this has been a really poor experience from start to finish.. unexpected charges, poor customer service, and refund issues.
