Very good Qualit, huge Sortiment, quick deliveries and amazing customer service. I order and try everything at Home without pressure and taking my time. Then I return what I dont like/dont fit and pay only the cloths I keep. So confortable! 100% recommended.

Bonprix partners with half baked products like Shoop which promises great cash backs but orders doesn't gets tracked and at the end when customer submits a request with all the valid proof they are asked for wait for few months. It's just shady way of getting new customers.

Specially on the website , half of the products were out of stock, somehow managed to find something and placed the order. No complaints on the product but didn't like the overall partner ecosystem of bonprix which promised certain things and didn't deliver at all.

I recently started following their platform and even made a few orders, and have nothing bad to report. The delivery is okay, too. Not too fast, not too slow :)

Have had an order go missing; does not seem to have reached Norway. Emailed in, customer service is prompt and polite, but today I have now been told to cancel the order and be refunded, I have to print a form off, sign it, and send it back to Germany (I bought from the Norwegian Bonprix site!). I don't have a printer at home, so it's hardly efficient. At this rate, after posting this form for a refund, if I reorder, the order will likely get stuck in Christmas post, and I probably won't see anything until next year!

I understand things can go wrong, but having to manually sign a form and send it in international post is beyond daft. You can see the order hasn't completed. PostNord has not received it. It's been more than the allotted timescale. Why do I have to jump through another hoop for something which is no fault of mine?

The fact another customer in Norway has also had something go missing in what seems to be the same timescale is concerning, and what we're told to do so the problem can get resolved is not great customer service. This sort of service needs to be worked on and addressed.

Please note, I do not blame the customer service agents for this, I am cross with Bonprix's policy.

EDIT after Bonprix response: I already have an ongoing correspondence, I'm not starting it all over again to be told the same thing. If you change your policy on this, it should be for everyone, not just me or another person on a message board. So for now, I'm continuing to do what I was requested to do, but I am making a point of letting others know that this is what will happen if there's an issue of this nature, and it is not a "Customer First" policy.

I don't have to be happy about it, but unless there's a company wide change as of yesterday on your policy, I don't see what starting another case will do.

The quality of the product is good and it provides great support therefore I recommend when you have large size of breast especially.

the coat wasn’t mentioned from the beginning that is out of stock and i didn’t receive an email that it wont be sent on time and then i had to buy some where else then it was sent later and i had to return it back

Bonprix is the only company where i find my sizes easily. The price are affordable, quality are okay and the delivery is fast.
I wish they will have kind a membership EG: Bonprix plus where one can register and pay a fix price for postage yearly. I have recommended Bonprix to someone Clients at the carehomes.

It was okay. But it's too many emails. I just want my product. I don't need to know everything about it. And too much plastic. I ordered 2 things and it came in separated bags.
