Just had 20 days at Bonner's Lodge… perfect site for us.
Just had 20 days at Bonner's Lodge campsite, in a caravan. for us the perfect spot, tranquil and calm surrounded by farmland, on the edge of the north Pennine's area of outstanding natural beauty. close to local services in Consett. Michelle and Ken were helpful and active hosts running a really clean and tidy site with great facilities. Clean and tidy showers and toilets. Plus an enourmous games room which is frankly opulent for a site with 8 pitches. so bring along your pool sharks or your ping pong champs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there couldnt recommend it enough. The animal friendly ethos not only runs to the rescue animals on site (alpacas, goats and a horse and a pony) but also shines through in how welcoming they are of friendly dogs. Our labradoodle loved playing with all his new friends on site.
