I’ve tried a few hair extension brands, but nothing compares to the quality of Bombay Hair. The strands feel so soft and thick from top to bottom, and they don’t tangle like cheaper ones. It’s luxury you can actually feel.

This was my first time trying clip-in hair extensions, and I was a bit nervous, but Leena made the whole experience so easy. She answered all my questions (and I had a lot!) and even suggested the best shade for my hair. The extensions arrived quickly, the packaging was beautiful, and the quality is top tier. I feel so confident wearing them!

I ordered hair extensions for my wedding and let me tell you guys very bad customer service they were very mean and would not let me return my package when I did not open it at all they were not organize nor did they send the right hair colour
The hair quality was very, very awful and I lost out on 500 dollars I really thought this brand would be very good, but it turns out they’re awful and I would never spend my money here again for your guys sake please do not buy here

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this brand. I ordered a set of extensions specifically for my prom, and not only did they not fit properly, but the customer service throughout the process was extremely frustrating. The halo didn’t fit my head at all it extended awkwardly past my ears and this wasn’t a color issue, it was a fit issue.

I followed all the return instructions, including sending a photo of the opened hair as directed by a team member. Despite this, I was met with a complete lack of understanding or support. It’s really upsetting that a company would be so dismissive, especially when $300 is not an easy amount for most people to just lose. There was no accountability, no empathy, and no real help.

I won’t be purchasing from this brand again, and I’ve already let my hairstylist who recommended the product know how poorly it was handled. I’ll also be sharing my experience with others to make sure they’re aware of how inconsiderate and unhelpful this brand can be when something goes wrong.

Super soft, blends beautifully. My sister absolutely loved them!
