Blu Ray player arrived within a couple of days. Amazingly quick. Easy set up- Had everything you need to start watching. Been buying electronics from chain stores and having problems. If this sale is an indication of how they take care of business I will become a repeat buyer. Good job guys.

Order arrived promptly as expected

3 days before my trip I realized I needed an "M" converter for South Africa, which is not to be found in stores. It arrived just in time and was very inexpensive even with the shipping. Thanks for helping make my trip a success!

The DVD/Blue Ray player arrived on time and works well, but the instruction booklet was not in the box, the batteries for the remote were not present as well. There was only a one page pamphlet explaining how to work the Blue Ray. The page was "pretty invisible" and when I was unable to see a Blue Ray DVD I left a message with Customer Service. I never received a call back, fortunately I found the "instruction page" when I was re packing the player!!

I bought this as a gift, but I've heard nothing but positives about this product.
