Great all around
I bought an Oppo for multi region multi purpose so thanks to Bombay electronics I can enjoy watching what I like and listening in high quality . When there was a problem they had a ready solution and at no expense as well as fast .

Great Products, Excellent Customer Service
Purchased two modified region-free Blu-ray players, which worked great, and had helpful instructions on the modification. Unfortunately, one of them died after six months, and had to be replaced. No hassle at all working with them to get a replacement. I'd definitely use them again.

Reliable supplier of 110 and 220 volts electronic items
All 'Blu-ray' players (Panasonic, Sony, Pioneer purchased by me on several occasions) for 'worldwide' since 2010 are working well even today in 2016. The Braun Fruit Juicer purchased (220 Volts) for use India is working well. The products they sell are genuine in my opinion.

Purchased a TV, DVD, and VCR (European) from them, and they were fantastic. Plus, I came in a day or two after because I needed a conversion plug adapter, and no hassles or anything, they quickly got me what I needed! Will definitely shop again.

Quick resolution to issues with Blueray player
I had an issue when my universal Blueray player stopped working with UK DVDs. I sent an email asking for help and quickly received a firmware update and easy to use step by step directions which resolved the problem.
Will buy from them again.
