Fantastic customer service

I called Boilerparts Thursday before easter needing parts for my 90 year old mother in laws boiler. It was explained that due to the long holiday weekend they probably couldn't send till tuesday. Unbelievably it arrived on easter saturday!!! Many thanks.

Great service Boilerparts , terrible courier Worcester

Excellent service from Boilerparts and all items correct. Very happy with this company and the subsequent assistance given.
Dismal service from the courier company which is unfortunately not under Boilerparts control but assigned by Worcester. This series of failures was confirmed by the courier company when rung by myself and not a failure of Boilerparts.
