We had a new boiler fitted by Horsforth Heating Solutions and received superb service right from first contact. Regular communication, arrived when they said they would, fitters were polite and professional and we got a great boiler at a fair price. Had a minor problem with a radiator that turned out to be not linked to the boiler fitting but they came out again straight away and sorted it. We even got some flowers delivered with a thank-you from them!! I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We’ve used HHS for a boiler replacement, boiler maintenance and for a gas safety check on our rental property; each time the team have been friendly, helpful and reliable and the services reasonably priced - we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Fantastic service from Tom and the team at HHS. Firstly, although I felt I knew what I wanted, Tom came round to do an assessment and make sure we were not spending unnecessarily. Following that we got a fixed price quote and then booked in very quickly to undertake the work.

Tom spent a full day at our home carrying out a Magnacleanse and full flush of the entire system over three floors. He even spotted a couple of things which needed help and was kind enough to sort those without changing the price we'd agreed.

All the work was very clean and tidy, I was kept fully informed throughout and overall Tom was just a great bloke. I was asked to sign off the work and then you could pay the invoice electronically. Easy, just the way it should be.

Horsforth Heating Solutions are a professional and outstanding company. From discussing what new boiler I needed Tom ensured the best way forward being honest and not trying to add on extra costs.

The new boiler and radiators were installed and up and running in just over one day. Jack and James the install team worked extremely hard and ensured that little mess was created. The brick work on the outside of the property is extremely neat and tidy.

A excellent install from start to finish. I could not recommend them enough for anyone who is looking for a new boiler or repairs. Their are some cowboys out and about but rest assure with Horsforth Heating Solutions you will have top quality service and peace of mind that you have an excellent heating system.
