The service is fantastic. The packaging is beautiful, and came with a ring sizer with every order which is really helpful! I have so many pieces from Bohomoon now, and they are my go to! I wear them daily, in the shower, swimming, in the gym, and there is no tarnishing. The value is fantastic also, my collection expands every payday! Thank you!!

There was a problem with my item, so I emailed customer service and within 2 hours I had a reply. After sending a few photos to show the missing gem they sent me a replacement item out. Great service all round and with excellent communication if there's a problem.

Every single piece of jewellery I have bought from Bohomoon has been nothing but amazing! The quality is incredible for the price you’re paying and it is 100% tarnish free and waterproof. I’ve been looking for good jewellery that is not only beautiful but also lasts forever and I have definitely found that. The customer service team is also really lovely and helpful and they get back to you quickly, trying to solve your problems to the best of their ability. I am so happy with this company I haven't shopped else where since I started using bohomoon.the jewellery is very affordable and or though I haven't said the words I have been able to pass it off for gold as presents.i have said before ,my hands are constantly in bleach but my rings haven't tarnished.what is there not to like.this is my go to shop when I need anything.well done bohomoon I think you have cracked the market.

Everything looks absolutely lovely on, and as always, I’m really happy with my purchase. I’ve bought from BOHOMOON before and have never been disappointed. The only reason for giving four stars instead of five is that I did get a bit of a rash on my neck when I layered a few of the necklaces together. A little clear nail polish solved the issue, but it’s something to keep in mind if you have very sensitive skin. Otherwise, the pieces are gorgeous and great quality!

Would just like to thank Kelly for her communication regarding 2 rings I had purchased over a year ago that had lost their rose gold colour.
It was from a comment I made on an instagram post about the rings tarnishing. I left the comment purely as my experience nothing more.
Out of the blue I receive a message explaining that this shouldn't have happened and long story short they have kindly offered me store credit to the value of the rings. Totally unexpected but greatly appreciated.
I honestly was blown away by the contact they made with me and the given store credit to the value.
Her communication was absolutely fabulous and honestly can't fault their customer service regarding this. Proof they want their customers to be happy which I most certainly am.

After picking up my my order I realised that someone had taken the contents of my order got in contact with there customer service and they dealt with it straight away couldn't have been more happy with the way they dealt with the situation and sorted the issue out on such a timely manner

The customer service is beyond amazing. They reply super quickly and offer generous compensations if faced with any kind of problems. I have gotten the sense that Bohomoon doesn’t accept any faults by their suppliers. The jewlery never loses it’s color or tarnish. I have only had problems with stones falling out (on bracelet) or faulty hook. But I have always gotten a quick respond and generous credit back. And the shipping to EU (Finland in my case) have been quick and without any additional shipping fees! I would 100% recommend. So much cheaper and more long lasting than gold coloured jewelries in stores.

I’m so impressed with Bohomoon’s customer service! My original order was unfortunately delivered to the wrong address by Royal Mail (no fault of Bohomoon’s), but their team were absolutely amazing. They quickly arranged a replacement set with speedy delivery to make sure I received it in time. It was so easy to contact them via WhatsApp, and they were friendly and helpful throughout. The earrings themselves are gorgeous , beautifully packaged and such lovely quality. Overall, a really positive experience from start to finish. Highly recommend! 💫

All their jewellery as so gorgeous and perfect. In the small chance if something tarnishes or is damaged, their consumer service is fantastic, by far the best I have used. Amazing customer service, a ring unfortunately began to tarnish (out of all the ones I have, so an anomaly!) so I contacted Bohomoon via email and within 24 hours I’ve had a replacement sent out to me. Cannot fault - thank you!

Always buy my jewellery from here and I honestly love it. Had a problem with a recently bought ring, emailed through to customer service and spoke to Kelly within the hour, who immediately offered a replacement or store credit and was so friendly! I've always had fantastic service, find them friendly to deal with if I have any issues, and I get alot of compliments from friends regarding the jewellery itself!
