I have been playing with this platform for a long time and am a verified player. However, my recent experience following a significant win has been incredibly disappointing due to extremely slow and failed payment processing.
​I attempted to withdraw my funds, but the transaction remained pending for nearly 48 hours and was then rejected without communication. I didnt use bonuses. All up three separate withdrawal attempts were rejected by the system and the funds were simply returned to my account balance. I did not initiate these cancellations myself.
​The lack of communication regarding why these withdrawals were not processed is unacceptable, especially for a loyal customer. This runaround eventually led to a $3,000 loss which im sure was the intention all along. A very common tactic. While they offered a $200 credit when i complained to my VIP manager. They also tried to imply that I had cancelled the withdrawals. I have screen shots showing they were rejected not cancelled. Previously i'd had wins up to $1600 and they were paid out almost immediately, but $3000 is obviously the point where they become reluctant to release "your" money.
​I have requested the permanent closure of my account. Which has been ignored. If you value your time and your winnings, stay away.
The response below is very typical of a low grade casino, Just generic words. Its no coincidence that all my small withdrawals were processed immediately and when I finally win something back they hold it like its the last dollar on earth. I will actually thank Boho casino because i will never play at online casinos again. And i suggest anyone reading this quit too, if you cant then dont play here.

Stay clear away from this casino. The same thing happened to me what another gentleman said . I withdrawn totally 800 . During the verification process all my withdraws were rejected. It wasn't even put into my account. I did recall a couple of times because all the other ones rejected. In total they still owe me 650. But they said it was put back into my account. I got on here from solscan . Just total rip off . I see there is some 4 and 5 stars. Bull . Scam site trust me stay clear. I talked to them , of course can't help or do anything. Tried to withdraw winnings has now been 5 days multiple rejected attempts. Spoken with the support team every day. Just to be fed a load of garbage and rudely told to wait while they rejected another withdrawal attempt. Don't bother telling you why they reject them. have also asked for photos of my bank card, drivers license proof of residence and bank statements.
