Absolutely first class customer service! My package arrived 2 days after order (shampoo and conditioner)and upon opening I saw the shampoo had leaked. I emailed and within 2 hours I received a telephone call from Anthony apologising. He then said he’d order another and told me to keep the leaking one, even telling me to decant into another container. I had confirmation shortly after that my order was on the way. Bohairmia could teach many other online retailers a thing or two about customer service. Thank you!

My best find for 2026! I had a bad experience ordering from an online company that never delivered the goods (over £200 worth of hair care products) then I found this company - local to me, better on price with amazing customer service! What’s not to like?!

Excellent customer service. Branding of my hair product Sebastian had changed and they called to advise me, so I didn't get a shock when the goods were delivered. All packed nicely. Quality Sebastian product was delivered as my hair feels and smells amazing.

First time using this company to order my hair products and I have to say that the company are fantastic. Firstly the product that I ordered became out of stock which I wasn't aware of , but I received a call the next day to be advised it was and wa given a larger product as a good will jesture I was very pleased. Also Paul Mitchell have changed there branding which I was also told about, the price for the item too was very good.

There was an issue with my delivery (the courier company not Bohairmia) I spoke with Anthony and he sorted the issue within half an hour, Customer service is absolutely fantastic.

Very prompt response to my recent order for a Sassoon shampoo. Was delivered within a couple of days.
Have also previously ordered a Sassoon conditioner which my hairdresser had problems obtaining .
