used to be good, now it's just pure junk, if you receive anything at all.
They never answer "ticket" requests, play you along until the PayPal reclaim time runs out and currently owe me hundreds of pounds, which judging by the tat advertised they just don't have.
Next route is CCJ them and bailiffs.

Well, it went to Court, and they did the same as they do with every message you send to them, they ignored it.

Failed to respond, didn't turn up, judgement given in default.

Ordered and paid, received nothing, no way to contact. I've opened two tickets and received no response at all. No items received. Just a complete scam company. Now claiming via paypal and they still haven't responded!

Wow! Wish I’d read these reviews before trusting a company I last used 10 years ago (when they were seemingly good!). Purchased an offer, paid, received nothing in over 2 months… noticed they had correct street address on dispatch note but incorrect post code (even tho post code is in my account details!) emailed them 3 or 4 times over last 4 weeks with no response… time to take matters into my own hands and contact the bank 😩

Great back in the day, now genuinely awful. No customer service, items not as described - getting a refund, or heck; even just speaking to somebody about any issues is not possible. Fought with them through PayPal for a refund and after weeks of back and forth they would only give me the £35 refund if I spent £20 on P&P to return the item to them

Used to be great, almost a UK alternative to the US site Woot!, But that was a decade ago.

Thought I would give them another go, placed order and no goods supplied, non-responsive to any customer service channels, had to refund via PayPal in the end.

Sadly can only recommend to avoid. If they are struggling or have gone under the moral thing to do would be to stop taking orders.

Cheap and nasty crap that nobody else wants. I hired a skip to get rid of a garage load of stuff I bought from this company hoping to sell on for a small profit. It is beyond belief how rubbish this stuff really is

Bought some Churchill nodding dogs, never arrived, ran out of stock, said they would replace with alternative item, agreed on item and quantity to match the value of my order, the replacement items I received were not what we agreed only 1/4 of the number of items we agreed on arrived, no where near the value of the missing items, contacted to complain again,no answer for 5 days had to chase, said they wold check with dispatch, waited another 5 days then chased again, agreed to send more, never arrived again...This went backwards and forwards saying they would send and never doing so for 4 months, now they seem to have closed their website so I guess it will never be resolved... However please be aware that if you are a eBay user they are still trading on ebay under "rscommunications"

Just bought 5 Hello Kitty Watches for stocking fillers, All 5 literally fell apart as i took them out the bag. Will change this to a good review if they give me a refund as i assume they can't check every item.
Update:
Never heard from them after submitting an RMA, So reported to paypal, they never heard from them so refunded my order.
It was only £8.39 so not a great deal either way, but it could have been a much larger order.
Companies that treat their customers with contempt don't deserve to survive, and don't expect them to be around for long.

Did not whole send order as some items not available. Still yet to receive a refund nearly 3 weeks later. Avoid!

Would definitely recommend! Cheap prices and very professional service.

As they store passwords in plain text and even email your your existing password in plain text I wouldn't trust this company one bit.

Terrible company. Used to have the odd decent deal but since the re-launch they are advertising crap after crap that they can't shift off estock.

The comparison links they use are misleading and postage constantly changes price. They also charge VAT but work out the cost per item before VAT and postage is added hoping to get rush buyers.

They sell the stuff nobody wants, they offer stuff like Ipads at crazy price, but never actually have stock.

Waste of time and effort. Sadly many will be fooled.

They also try to sell by finding an over inflated guide price, of recent this has been for android tablets, the price they make an example of is way over the real selling price, trying to fool you into thinking you can buy and then sell on and make something.

cant give zero stars - I think its now just a scam to have the use of your funds for a few months while you wait for the advertised product to not arrive, and wait for your support ticket not to be answered, and file your paypal claim and wait for a response that never comes and then you escalate to a claim and then you have to wait 10 days and they still do not say a word and then you get your money back if you're lucky and they haven;t gone bust in the meantime--- buyer beware, they sell a bag pf crap, but its a site of crap

You never know whether you are going to get the items you've ordered - quite often you order, then get an email to say some or all of the order has been cancelled as they've run out! Also when the deal seems too good to be true they keep you hanging on for the order to arrive then fail to deliver. Perhaps they should spend less time saying how great they are and more time sorting out their stock and despatch systems!

Ordered an item then over a week later they told me they dont actually have ANY of the item so they are offering an alternative which I accepted now over a week later been told that the alternative doesnt exist. I await a refund.
