Protein is such a poor quality, tastes amazing but won't dissolve no matter how hard you try.

I ordered Whey Protein on the 21st of June and it’s the 26th right now. Is still haven’t received anything, not even a e-mail saying it’s been shipped out. I tried calling them but it gives me a pre recorded voice mail saying that all their employees are busy. I wouldn’t order from this place .

Ordered 8th march, did not recieve anything. Contacted customer support and got the response that they recieved my returned package. According to the email I would get my money back in max 5 days. This is 10 days ago and I still got no money or package. Contacted customer support two more timestamp but no reply.

@bodylab this is not doing business, this is stealing from your customers. I will never in my life order here again and I would recommend anyone reading this to do the same.

Do not go here!! They miss sell services!! Oh they take payment upfront so they take your money if you don't make you appointment. The manager called me and was so rude!! Please do not go here. I have lived in the area for years. This organisation is a fraud!!

despite the passage of 17 days, my order did not reach me. I contacted DHL about my package, they told me to contact bodylab. I wrote a total of 5 e-mails to bodylab, I did not receive a reply to any of them. They don't care about customers at all. Never again bodylab and I advise everyone against it.

I made a order, no confirmation, but money reserved, two days later they took a money from acount. I call to help line, send e-mail to bodylab.nl, and next 3 days no reply. 6 day without reply. Very bad. When I made order I made a mistake behind country code of Email adress was dot. Their automatic systém cant recognize e-mail adress..After 2 week everything was ok..

The box arrived not sealed and opened with at least 500g of powder wasted in the package

Bucket of creatine opened during transit. Powder everywhere.

I have received my order and I like that what I have ordered but the delivery took too long. That is my only remark.

When I opened the box with my order I noticed a lot white powder inside the box.
The packaging for the creatine was not strong enough to survive the transport to my house...

Good service. Although it took some time (5 days) before I received my MegaBurn capsules the product is great. Will buy again.

Slightly bit longer delivery period but the products are good and ‘cheaper’ than other company’s.

Did not receive my product although it seems someone else has. Even hand signed the status. I called the delivery service support, which charged me 1 eur/ minute to say that "this happens sometimes" and I should wait and call again on the next day (and pay again for the call).
I do not care whose fault this is. I placed an order on Bodylab's website and I did not receive it. Lost around 85+ 5 euros (delivery service call).
Never again.

Order went well, clear website and quickly delivered. Only negative point: the product’s lid doesn’t fit well, so it opened during the delivery. As a result, a small amount of powder (bodylab weight gainer 5kg) has been lost. I’m sure next order will be luckier.

Very good very goed spul

I found long black hairs in my whey protein vanilla bucket from Bodylab. I have also found them in the triple chocolate flavor, but it is more difficult to see because of the color. Buckets went straight into the trash. Very dirty.
