Poor staff training
Love the product and lovely stuff, however they might need to work on their stuff training. I'm one of your Love Your Body™ Club members and last Friday when I about to pay the product, I forget to bring my membership card so the staff asked my name. As my name is Chinese and hard to spell so I kindly offer her my student card so it would be easy for her. But after finished check out, the staff forget to give my student card back and I just left the store. And after 5 days, I went back to the store and asked my student card, however the staff told me, she couldn't find it and ask me to give them a call tomorrow as the person storages my student card wasn't working that day. So today I go back to the store again, and ask for my student card, the staff told me they still couldn't find it.
I'm very disappointed about how your store can not taking good care of customer's lost property. Although, your staff are so lovely but the staff training is not as good as it should be. If I came back after 2-4 weeks for my property, I can understand if the staff can't find it. But it's only been 5 days since I left my property and I went back to the store within a week, which means the store is lacking of taking care of customers lost property. I hope you can improve your staff training, so the similar event won't happen to other customers.
