I was just disappointed that shipping was $20.

Love the products generally, but quality has definitely gone down. I replaced a frother from 5 years ago and the power supply is cheaper, and the unit itself feels a bit less durable than my previous model.

Out of 6 Coffee mugs I ordered, 2 were broken on arrival. Unfortunately I don't have the time to send it back.

It cost me $31.50 in shipping to return a glass carafe for my french press... cost me extra to go through Bodum

My replacement 12 cup glass coffee maker doesn’t have a spout. This makes it unusable. I thought the glass would have a spout when I ordered it. I would like to return it.

I needed a replacement beaker for my Bodum cafetiere. Ordered one, to find it was plastic and didn't quite fit the holder. I tried to force it in, and it cracked. So, unusable from the start. Add the fact that the postage cost almost as much as the beaker & all in all it was a frustrating waste of money.

The small bodum teapot is disappointingly fragile and the strainer is ugly and the holes too big. Style over substance.

I have used Bodum electric kettles for years. These two I purchased for gifts so that my friends can appreciate how great they are.

Easy to navigate the website, good price, stylish kettle and prompt delivery, well packaged.

My friend gave me a Bodum kettle during the pandemic (long story short) and I used it at least 3 times per day for the next 5-6 years. It finally died and I replaced it with exactly the same one. I was scared because it said 6-8 business days for delivery but it came I think within 3? to my great relief. This is one of my most well-used and appreciated items- thank you!

Shipped someone else's order. Nobody answers their customer service emails or phone.

I love the French Press. I bought 3, 2 to give as gifts & 1 for myself! All three of us love it! It’s easy to use & the coffee is amazing & it’s such a fun experience making the coffee.

Haven’t received shipment yet, assume it will arrive undamaged. I found the data entry portion of the process disappointing, I’d enters my data for the 10% off, but none of that info was saved for my actual order or for the shipping(iirc, it’s been a while). Also, it’s a quarter of the way thru the 21st century, have your web guys change the keyboard option for the ‘enter your email’. Section to include the keyboard w the default “@“ sign, it’s just dumb to miss a convenience like that these days (obviously I’m writing about it so it stuck in my head). Your product received good reviews, but the process of ordering left a bad taste
