I ordered 2 packs of expensive Femibion vitamins for 8 weeks each. The expiration date turned out to be only 3 months. On the website, the manufacturer prefers to remain silent about such a short expiration date. Return with conditions, and at the buyer's expense. In general, I do not recommend getting involved.

Payment deducted, never received goods
Have ordered a product via their website, payment got deducted from my account, but I haver never received an order confirmation or any goods. Reached out to customer service who told me “ unter Ihrem Namen bzw. Ihrer E-Mailadresse konnten wir leider keine aktuelle Bestellung von Ihnen finden.”, and they closed the case with that. Did I lose €49,98 or is their team going to pick this up?!

I want to make one remark отдн - when you give the delivery address of the goods to the shipping company, please also write the phone number of the recipient of the goods on the package. This is very important in order to quickly receive the ordered medicines.
