Placing an order is very convenient. The Bodenhoffs Team is very helpful and well organised. The Bodenhoffs Bageri in Christianshavn, Torvegade, is also beautiful, clean and inviting.

Bodenhoffs have the best croissants in Copenhagen by far - real butter and real effort make the extra calories worth it :-)

Late delivery with missing items
I ordered delivery 3 days in advance for my husband's birthday. There was a one hour delivery window and the delivery was still 20 minutes late and missing 3 items. When I wrote Bodenhoffs it took them 4 days to reply after I followed up and there was no apology just mention that I'd be reimbursed within a few days. I have no plans to order from them again - certainly not for special occasions.

Worst cake ever, with butter cream arround, dry and greasy. The location moved due to renovation but no one mentioned that in the order.
