This is probably the worst experience…
This is probably the worst experience ever i had ordering a product from a company. I have ordered a new car via lease in May. Have received news from lease company that it is ordered, order confirmation received and i call Bochaine in May and they say it is expected in September. All good all fine. No other contact received from Bochaine at all, except the telephone call i initiated. Out of interest just now in August i call them to check if all is on track for car in September since i have not heard from them at all, and wow, to my surprise, they have not even ordered the car at all. Contrary to what they said in May, that it was ordered and expected in September. Just wow. 3 months no contact with a customer ordering a 40k EUR plus car and now they have not ordered a car at all. Terrible customer service, terrible relation. I spoke in Dutch as i can speak it but writting in English for anyone out there to internationally avoid them. Just wow. 0 customer service, 0 idea what they are doing.
