This was the BEST experience! We ordered a couples bobblehead to give as a gift for retirement trip. The artistry was exquisite!!there were so many details that they captured to make this such a special gift! Blown away and will be ordering this for all my gifts! Don’t buy from anyone else!

I ordered the bobble head in recognition of my twin brother’s 80th birthday. He was a dentist so thought it fitting for him to be wearing his white coat and holding onto a set of dentures! What a great likeness of him! He loved it!!

This was a custom order that the company did not complete as requested. When I reached out about concerns with the product, they refused to offer any refund or remake. Customer support appears to be automated and possibly handled overseas, which made getting a real resolution nearly impossible. Buyer beware.

It’s very helpful when they send a picture of the head to be approved I didn’t really like the first one then the second one was way closer then with some small changes the last one came out perfect

Wow! Weather delays, but still received the Bobble Head right in time for birthday dinner for the recipient! To say that he was happily surprised and loved it is an understatement! The Bobble Head craftsmanship yielded a beautifully sculpted product specifically inline with my requests. Communication with the company excellent with timely responses . We had requested a very specific customized bobble head with specific clothes. While delivery was extremely slow the end product was better than expected.

I was very impressed with the product and a great present for someone!

My bobble head looks amazing and the customization was great! The only flaw I had was the bobble head feels soft and very fragile like it’s was not cured before shipping. We have it on a shelf so no one can touch it. But I am a little worried if someone tries to pick it up they could deform it or break it. Hopefully it will harden on its own after sitting. Overall the bobble head customization process was great!

Amazing results! Timely delivery!

The three proofs that were sent didn't look anything like the person. It took a week or so each time to get a new proof so it was no longer possible to get the gift in time. I tried to speak with or email a manager but they don't allow it. I cancelled the order and they will only give me 60% refund per their policy even though they did a terrible job creating my custom gift.

We ordered a custom bobble head for my grandfather who is a 25+ year “Red Coat” (usher) at Ohio State football games. Something he loves and very proud of. Not only did his face look like him, but they put so much detail into his name tag lanyard, hat and included the Ohio State logo and some fun football items on the base. He’s skinnier as a bobble head, but I’m sure he won’t mind.
You do have to plan ahead at least a full month when ordering custom but it’s SO worth the wait. Excellent job and we’ll order again for future gifts I’m sure!
