I requested a bobblehead and could not get a satisfactory result after multiple attempts. I do not recommend this company bcz they charge a 50% fee for cancellation. That is a rip off.

We loved the bobble head!!!
We loved the bobble head that we were giving our mom as a gift for her birthday. There was constant communication as they went through the phases of completing the bobble head figure. Boss' Bobblehead
We received numerous pictures during the creation process keeping us up-to-date on the progress and any changes we requested were made. We paid for the quicker shipping time and it was well worth it. The product was shipped in a cute box and due to the great packaging nothing was broken. Our boss loves it. :-)

Ordered as a gift for my son's 18th birthday. After hearing nothing for almost 2 weeks I contacted customer support to enquire about the likelihood of receiving the item on time. I was met with a reply stating that they had contacted me a couple of days after purchase about details for the gift and then again with no reply from myself. They had also attached a copy of the sent e-mails ( which did not show my email address ). I had not received any of these messages and was then told that my item definitely wouldn't be here in time for my son's birthday. On the plus side I have been refunded but so disappointed as I could have ordered from anywhere else and had the gift on time😩

Jessica did an A-MAZING job
Jessica did an A-MAZING job! She messaged me every step of the way regarding changes to the bobblehead features. It's one of those "trust the process" sort of projects. Initially I was nervous it wasn't going to look like the picture, then Jessica nailed the final result! Received it quick too–probably around 2 weeks! My professor loved it and so did all the students.

A special retirement gift
I ordered a bobble head for someone I work with and it is my retirement gift to them, I chose it because his family call him wobble head. The person creating mine was Jessica and she had her work cut out with me as I kept asking for changes. Had to send a few images of items I wanted and it took some time before I accepted the end result, but by no means any fault on Jessica, just a fussy customer.
The gift arrived today and I love it and I think he will to, it is a mix of his job, his hobby and his wobble head.
