OUTSTANDING staff and OUTSTANDING vehicles
"OUTSTANDING" is the best way I can neatly summarize the dealership and it's personel.
Every time I have been to the dealership, the staff makes me feel welcome and appreciated. That, in and of itself is an accomplishment, because I've been a client for several years and I'm certain that I've been grumpy 😡 for several of my dealership visits (not to mention, I've been told by close friends that "my grumpy, sucks")
The staff genuinely seems pleased to see me and each other, which is refreshing to experience and witness. The waiting area for the service department is located near the reception desk and several other work stations. It does not take long to notice the employees working well together, assisting each other and generally working selflessly together. I had many times left the dealership in amazement, now I understand, first hand, how it all works.
