Bmw Spare Parts Reviews 

This company has a .com, .co.uk and .fr websites - but they all have a single login.
I ordered from these people after reading the mixed reviews and it seems the parts came from France.
I was a little bit hesitant, but as I was spending over £100 I knew I would be protected by my credit card if anything should go awry.
However, no need to be concerned, all my bits for my BMW K1300S motorbike turned up even though the bike is some 16 years old. The parts cost were reasonable and they arrived in a reasonable time.
On their site they do say if parts are not available they will have to come from the manufacturer and can take some time - however, I was very impressed with the service and the goods.

Firstly they are not a UK company, they ship from Italy. I placed and order for some Z3 parts and paid on line. A week later I had a demand for an additional £89 payment due to the size of the parcel. Then when the goods arrived, I had to pay a customs import charge of £145. So for a total order of around £600, I had around £230 additional charges.
Secondly, it took well over a month to receive the items.
I raised the issues with the company multiple times and asked for them to cover some of the import costs as they implied they were a UK company, but they refused completely.
I would avoid them and we, as a business won't ever use them again.
