Exceptional Consistent Customer Service


I cannot recommend Dwight and Craig at BMTR Tyres in Perry Barr, Birmingham, highly enough! From start to finish, their professionalism and customer service were absolutely top-notch.

Craig went out of his way to ensure I got the best tyres for my car at a great price, explaining all my options in detail without any pressure. Craig ordered my tyre and kept it aside for when I returned from my holiday. Dwight was meticulous with the fitting process, working quickly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards. Such a pleasant, humble and professional man.

What stood out the most was their friendly, approachable manner and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless experience.

If you’re looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly tyre experts, BMTR Tyres in Perry Barr is the place to go. Thank you, Dwight and Craig—you’ve earned a customer for life!

BMTR in Coleshill - could be better!

Visited BMTR in Coleshill, needing a puncture attending to. They seemed keen to push for replacing the tyre rather than fixing the issue. This branch isn't as tidy or plush as the one in Perry Barr, which made me wonder whether this affected staff morale and the quality of service provided.
