Avoid this shop!
I recently bought an office chair from this shop, and I'm pretty let down by both the product and the customer service. Despite trying out a model in-store that seemed to fit my needs, the chair they delivered to me was different! When I showed it to my sister and her boyfriend, they both noticed it wasn't the same model we tried in the shop. Initially, I thought it might be a mistake on the seller's part because when the salesman sent me the invoice, he made a simple error with the chair's size. Also, in the invoice, the product IDs didn't match the one we tested, but he assured us it was just an internal product ID.
Moreover, he promised a 14-day trial period. However, when I requested a return, he told me they don't have a return policy. Both my sister and her boyfriend remember him mentioning a 14-day trial period.
I'm sure I'm not hallucinating!
Unfortunately, there's a vast difference between testing a chair for half an hour and sitting on it for 8 hours. I expected this, so I asked him about the return policy. His assurance of a 14-day trial period made me buy this chair, otherwise, who would buy a 600+ EUR chair without a return policy? Sitting on it for long periods caused intense back pain that lasted for a week. Funny enough, my cheap Amazon chair, which is ten times cheaper than the one I bought, is much more comfortable.
Overall, my experience with this shop has been nothing but a nightmare. I advise against buying from them, especially an expensive chair. Transparency and accountability are severely lacking, especially considering the hefty price I paid.
