1) Appalling customer service. There is no one to call. 2) The shipping is too expensive and very, very slow. However, the quality of the books is good. But support is horrible.

Problem very quickly addressed and solved.
For the first time in all my years of using Blurb my book showed up with binding issues; the last quarter of the book was falling apart the first time I opened it! I contacted Blurb and they very quickly contacted me and sent me a corrected copy of my book with no hassles. I am very happy and have been using Blurb to print all of my vacation photobooks for years!

Budget-friendly, excellent quality
I have used Blurb for several projects. With each, the turn-around time and quality were excellent.
The most recent project was in Magazine format that kept it within budget.
Will definitely be using Blurb for upcoming projects.

Very easy to design, publish, and share.
Very easy to design, publish, and share. Would like it better if I found an error and needed to upload a corrected version, it would replace the one already uploaded rather than store both. Or at least give me the option. Convenient and I love that what used to be a dream of being published is made real with Blurb.

Excellent discovery
The book I ordered was a great find
I was informed each step of its journey and it was delivered in great time.
The cost was excellent and the packaging meant that the condition on receipt was as if I’d got it in a shop.
I’m very pleased and will certainly use Blurb again, I highly recommend them

Book came scuffed but they fixed it
The first time I ordered my book it came scuffed. They sent me a new one right away, one of the pages is scuffed in the new one but it's barely noticeable. Overall, customer support is great and also the print quality is fantastic-- very impressed how good and bright it looks from screen to book.

Making these magazines from pdf
Making these magazines was very easy, the interface worked well, working with a PDF was easy. They shipped quickly and looked very good. This is the second time we’ve created magazines using blurb and it probably won’t be the last. Very good experience all around from start to finish

Good photo reproduction quality
Good photo reproduction quality, which is important to me. Binding, paper etc. of good quality. The price sometimes staggers me and my customers. One complaint I have is that the format is not typical book size esp. 8 1/2"X11"X in both portrait and landscape. I occasionally need to make a book of this size for a proof for a customer. The ability to print one book at a time is a great convenience.

I love the ease in which i have published 10 books on my own and recently two more with a friend who wrote them and i illustrated them.
There was a mix up in some of the orders but was solved by Christopher from support.
