I have worked with BlueWaveSelect on both sides of the fence for some time now and have always found them to be top class.

From the beginning - as a jobseeker - they were extremely professional but friendly and approachable with it. Always honest and clear in everything they say, keeping up regular communication which is essential as I am sure any job hunter will know.

And from the perspective of recruiting I can see why they are so good. With very short notice they have sourced top quality people and are clearly very knowledgeable in their core areas (for me in SAP). Huge praise must go to Phil Storey whose energy and enthusiasm shine through. Never pushy, very clued up and always available - even if its just for his insight and advice. Great company.
