Very poor response from seller

I ordered Nero Sport Chic White 6.5" Electric Self Balance Hover Scooter Board with 2 wheels and Bluetooth - Includes carry bag
This item never received and shipping agent confirmed no proof of delivery.
Seller not responsive on Amazon messenger, still they owe me 159£, my next step is consumer court/ leagal action.
Total waste of money and time with this seller.

0 stars. I ordered a spin bike £400. It is cheaply made not worth the money by any stretch of the imagination.
Dangerous to use. Trying to get a refund is an uphill struggle.
These guys are con artists do not use.
Ive contacted trading standards about them and I think the only way I will get my money back is to take them to court.

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service.. I bought my son a Segway from blue unplugged Christmas 2019 .. by summer it was having problems charging (prob due to kids being tough)
I was quite porlie so didn’t do anything about it n just put it away. Christmas 2021 my son is missing he’s Segway as all of he’s friends are on them so I contacted blue to help fix because it wouldn’t turn on at all anymore. They very promptly had me return my item to them n fixed n sent back to me in the same week... without charge!!!! Amazing

Awful. Avoid at any cost. Con artists

Awful. Spin bike broke within 6 months of purchase so contacted and they told me to send it back, paid £47 for postage, company refunded me £25 so I’m now down money. Replacement arrived and within a day the same issue arose. Company is now refusing to refund and want to send me a third bike. I don’t want any more of their defective items, I just want my money back!
Update: 24/2. Third bike arrived and unsurprisingly the same issue happened again within a day. The equipment is cheap, badly engineered and will break within 6 months. And then your stuck in a loop of being sent broken bikes. You won’t get a refund.
Also worth noting, their price went sky high when lockdown came in. Talk about a company taking advantage of a pandemic
I have made a report to Amazon who will be investigating the company. I hope the get shut down. Scumbags

I wouldn’t even give a 1.. so u order a spin bike off Amazon and it arrives only for me to see the cover on the wheel of the spin bike is all cracked ... I email them and they say they will send me one out and gave me 36.00 for any Inconvenience the bike was 350 mind so anyway they send me the wrong thing

I then had to email them again and say why have I got the wrong thing it’s the cover for the wheel on the spin bike ?.. they guy then tells me he’s sending me one out tomorrow .. never arrives then sends me a message saying.

We told you on 22nd December at 17:58 that the discs would be dispatched tomorrow, so that is the 23rd, today is the 24th. I am sorry if you misunderstood. We were very clear and correct

So I personally think Alec needs some customer service skills and Simon needs to know what a disc cover... Alec trying to be smart with me I’m the customer don’t mess up and then speak to me like that

Oh btw this has been goin on for nearly two weeks a 350 pound bike so don’t bother buying here I learnt from my mistake and I’ve never ever had trouble with anyone on Amazon before

Also asked Alec for a complaints number so I can speak to someone In charged and the reply I get off him is a link saying ure parcel is on its way and on time

Wel it’s not on time and I’m asking for a complaints department if you guys want to run your business more professionally then I suggest you to get new staff

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service! Was having problems with my treadmill and after sending an email I got a reply within minutes and now I am receiving the replacement part in the post! Thank you so much Simon!

I have never had such a great customer…

I have never had such a great customer service from anywhere else, the whole experience was smooth, I had emails at every stage of delivery and although the spin bike was faulty the great customer service carried on. I emailed and it was answered within an hour. End result was another spin bike delivered the next day and a currier picked up the faulty bike.

I bought my sons hoverboard 18 months…

I bought my sons hoverboard 18 months ago and he had an issue turning it on.I contacted first2save and they were fantastic from the first contact I made to them.Then messaged me back almost immediately and it was arranged that I would send it back for them to take a look.Within a couple of days it was back fixed and like new!I would recommend this company above any other as their warranty is worth having!

Products unsafe for children

We purchased a hover board for our 8 year old and it runs fine for 5 mins then goes out of sync and literally throws her off. She has hurt herself a number of times. We have been advised it just needs resetting when this happens. Surely it’s not right to have to do this 2-3 times each time she uses it and it’s extremely dangerous! We have sent it back and just been told that there is nothing wrong with it and we just have to keep resetting it?! I am scared she will end up breaking something to let her keep on using it...?

Avoid at all cost

I returned a treadmill that was damaged and have proof and a signature from my delivery company that shows simon signed for the package however he is denying ever receiving it! Check Facebook page as the comments there are bad too

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This is a Joke of a Company. They don't have a Customer Service number, never answer the Sales number, and they are unhelpful and rude.
Seems like there is only one person working here. Spend a little more and go to a company that will actually deliver on what they promise, and give a **** about their customers. Never known anything like it.

Crap!

I ordered a Mensa game which never arrived. The PayPal account my money was paid to was called Simon Lee Properties rather than blueunplugged! I called numerous times and no one ever picked up the phone. No one replied to my emails either.
Having struggled to find the Mensa game elsewhere I think it was not in stock despite the site saying it was. What a waste of my valuable time. Don't buy from this site.

Quick, Timely & Professional

Never used this company before - ordered a self balancing scooter on 9/11/2015. Scooter was received the following day (just over 24 hours turnaround).

Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again!

Awful experience - they list items they don't stock. No CS at all

I tried to order a leather case over the Christmas period. Paypal opened an authorisation for the payment, but the item never came. Paypal told me they couldn't cancel the authorisation. 30 days went past and the authorisation eventually lapsed, so thankfully I didn't lose any money, but I lost my time.

Worst xperience ever

Ordered a hands free Bluetooth kit sent me the wrong one now won't answer my emails or phone calls and have lost a fair bit of money that can't afford to as have a very young baby to look after wont use these ever again

GREAT PRICE NO DELIVERY!!!!!!

Title says it all, money taken the day after ordering, three weeks later all my e-mails and phone calls have gone unanswered I still haven't recieved anything! And they state on the website 1-3 days delivery.
They deserve to be closed down!!!
