This is a total scam

This is a total scam. I've ordered a keyboard, which has never arrived. They have been in touch all the time, ensuring that they're resolving the issue, however, after two years of keeping me updated they have finalised with a conclusion that there is nothing they can do, see:

Thank you,

I will raise it with authorities, as the history of our conversation may indicate criminal act has been committed on your side and this is unfortunately beyond my competence to investigate.

This company is truly terrible--seems like a scam!

I have had a terrible experience with them. I ordered two Bluetooth for my "flip phone" and they both came without the hook for your ear. I have gone back and forth with them probably 15-20 times and each time they say that they are checking with their warehouse and will get back to me. Every email is signed by a different name. After 3-4 months, still no service and now they aren't answering at all! Obviously, I will never use them again and I warn anyone I know not to. Seems like a real scam to me!

Scam

Ordered a webcam on tabletphonecase.com. It was in Dutch but apparently it is a foreign company. Got a confirmation from Home Import which turns out to be bluetoothmousetech.com. After 4 weeks I received the camera which is a twice as cheaper version. When I contact them I got a reaction from Takyuk international. After over 20 mails I still got no return form, number or refund. Total scam.

Obviously used product

This product isn't new. It's used. The used markes are all over it, over the casing, over the headset itself. Very dissapointing. Even because I've request to sent it by urgent mail, for which I paid around €20,-. Why bother sending me an obvious used product? This is one time and no more. I request/demand a full refund including the shipping costs of sending and returning. This is a preconcieved scam.

I ordered a Motorola HK 250 earbud and…

I ordered a Motorola HK 250 earbud and was sent an HK255. I was promised that I would get the item I ordered resent. This never happened. I filed a complaint and the company wants me to pay for return shipping ($40.00) for a $35.00 earbud order that their company messed up. It turns out that the company never had the item that I ordered and knew I would be stuck with what I got because of return costs.

The company operates under different names and tries to trick you into thinking it is an american company with the phone number, but it is not and calling the number never got me to a live agent.

These are the different names of this Hong Kong company:

Bluetooth Mouse Tech

Tablet Phone Case

Boxy Case

Phone Tablet Case

I would not spend my money with a company that made it that difficult to get what you are paying for.

They sell USED instead of new goods

Awful! Received a USED Plantronics Voyager 5200 headset. It looks like Grade C (really heavily used)

(Unfortunately TrustPilot doesn't allow any links show real life picture. I wanted to show what I got as "brand new" - it's laughable)

When I complained that they missold me the goods, they've asked to send it back on my expense.
They said that it's a brand new!!! LOL

Now I'vs spent another £11 sending it back to Honk Kong to get refund.
(I'm glad I bought it via PayPal that blocked the transaction)

Simply avoid at all costs. Lying miserable organisation. Total waste of time

BluetoothMouseTech delivers as ordered (with a twist)

Not sure as to why Trustpilot lists the eShop portal 'bluetoothmousetech.com' of Hong Kong based 'TechArm Tech Ltd' as 'Sex shop tech'. Really, x-rating doesn't have anything to do with what this eShop offers to the world. Maybe an evil or hurt mind was the first to add it here and wanted to make its (disap)point by trolling an incorrect shop name?

Therefore Trustpilot Staff: please correct this listing to correct eShop name: 'bluetoothmousetech.com'

Anyway, 2 weeks ago I ordered the 'SoundPEATS TrueFree' with them. Quickly, already the week after, I received from them... the product which turned out to be the original product, named 'QCY T1’, not the ordered Sound Peats!

FYI in different parts of the world, QCY does sell their T1's OEM as 'Sound Peats' and 'Dudios Zeus Ace' too.

Why-o-why bluetoothmousetech.com sells them online as 'Sound Peats' when they actually deliver, straight from QCY, the genuine original and functionally 100% the same 'T1' model, could be explained from the other reviews here (i.e.'creative' trading) .

Actually because of this difference at first I thought I was screwed too... as their bad reviews here all suggest!

Not true in my case.
All in all my QCY T1 'Sound Peats' are great sounding BT buds for only Eur37. Knowing QCY sells these in other parts of the world for halve the price I payed, is somewhat annoying though. Still for Eur40 you can't go wrong, especially since premium brands like Sony, Sennheiser, Samsung or JBL sell similar quality BT Buds only for 100+.

Advise to BT Mouse: Even though functionally the same, be more transparent and trustful what you actually advertise and deliver.
Keep it up!

Not the product I've ordered / return at my charge

I've ordered a wifi router, and received another model from what I've ordered. The one I received is for chinese market only, so notice and firmware are in chinese ONLY.
No way to install a firmware in english.
This make the product unusable (try to setup a parental control or define hours for WIFI when all the user interface of the software is in chinese and cannot be modified).
The seller is only proposing a refund if I send back the product at my charge (I have to pay for their mistake).
So my advice would be not to order on this site, as apparently what's happened to me also happened to other customers. They will not send the ordered products but other cheaper ones.

I ordered a LG Headphone Set

I ordered a LG Headphone Set, I didn't realize they were from out of the USA or I wouldn't have ordered, their website very misleading. However I tried to cancel within 2 minutes of purchase when I found out and they wouldn't. I got the headset and they are COUNTERFEIT! Not LG at all. They are advertising as LG Product and they aren't. I own LG products. These are so cheap and Generic Brand. Don't buy from them.

I received a wrong product

I ordered a pair of headphones that took ages to arrive, about a month to be precise, and I got a completely different pair of noname earbuds. The company didn't answer to my complaint and you can only return a product in 30 days from purchasy. Worst shop ever.
