It was very easy to communicate with Sophie as she was lovely and made the process of getting a cat flap installed quick and painless, and for the best price in the area too! The engineers were also very helpful, kind, and were in and out in less than half an hour.

Sophie and the team were very efficient with their work. They fitted the window professionally and left the room clean and tidy.

I'm really happy with Blue Star developments and would recommend to anyone. Every phone call and interaction was swift and responsive from the start. Sophie provided great, responsive customer service. The fitters arrived, fitted and left quickly. The cat flap was a bit faulty and I called a few weeks later to report. They came back, changed the flap straight away and it was sorted. I had paid and they could have easily dismissed or ignored me, but didn't. One very happy customer and they all deserve a big thumbs up 👍

Brilliant service from Nathan and the team. Had a great experience from them replacing my glass to adding my cat flap. Good communication and the work they did you could tell they were professionals and made sure they cleaned up after themselves. We asked these guys to fit a cat flap into a glass panel for our Velfac windows.

Whilst they can fit to most windows, Velfac is one of the ones they can’t fit to. However, they tried their very best to help and made the glass panel for us with the cat flap fitted in to for us to get Velfac approved fitters to swap out. They made it quickly, delivered it within a 2 hour time window and were super helpful with quick responses to questions I had along the way. The quality was excellent and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

Fab service right from the first point of contact. Reached out to these guys about installing a cat flap and was promptly replied to. They quickly came out to measure up and a week later the new window and cat flap was installed. So pleased with it! They left no mess and it was installed in 20 minutes! The cat flap provided is easy to work and registering the chip on my cats was fuss free. I highly recommend this business!!

I recently had a cat flap fitted by Blue Star. It was arranged by Sophie and the team, they were fantastic! Communicated with me really well, great value for money, quick service. On the day the fitter came out, again, great communication and it was fitted fast and efficiently. I'm so grateful for such a good service by all. Very accommodating and would recommend to anyone. Thank you very much. My kitties are very happy now they can come and go as they please.

We had a cat flap installed in a slightly awkward single upvc panel door with moulded designs at the bottom where you'd usually fit one. I really like our door window design so didnt want to change the whole door but I know usually you'd swap out the panel for a flat one - which wasn't an option here.

Really responsive company, quite handy to be able to discuss the job via WhatsApp with Sophie who was really helpful and informative. The process of booking was really smooth, no deposits needed and payment on completion. The two engineers turned up within the time window stated and were done in minutes. They explained the functions of the flap (it's a microchip scanning one), the warranty and how to use. Can't fault the process at all. Brilliant service.
