Petflaps offered to install a catflap at my partners house. They cancelled the first appointment and didn’t inform my partner who had to chase them on the day. They explained they would be back in touch to arrange a further appointment and never were.
Unreliable and unprofessional, would certainly not recommend.

Found these guys online and contacted them following reading all these great reviews. Nathan was fantastic, returned my calls, turned up on time, super professional and friendly too. We needed work done on some leaking Velux windows and Nathan explained and showed us where the problems were. Both Nathan and his colleague did a great job, cleaned up their work and are friendly guys. Windows don't leak now so we are happy ! Price wise these guys are also very competitive. We will definitely use again. Very happy with their work and customer service.

The guys who fitted the cat flap today were nice. Explained clearly how the cat flap works and had it all sorted within 30 mins. Thought it would take longer due to the type of backdoor we have.
Very impressed!
Also tried to clean area up with our handheld hoover. I said I would go over it with the bigger hoover as I didn't want them to use it due to covid.

Developed a leak around one of four Velux. Contacted a number of local roofers and the only one to respond was Nathan of BSD. He explained that the leak could be due to one of three issues and quickly identified the issue. He also found that the windows hadn’t been fitted properly in a roof of such shallow pitch and gave a very competitive quote for the remedial work. Gave a start date and his team (Gavin and Ethan) arrived as promised. The 2 day job took slightly longer due to the weather but to compensate, Gavin arrived on a Sunday to complete the work. Extremely happy with the finished work. Would I use them again? Definitely. Need some ridge tiles repointing and broken tiles replacing so Nathan will be getting a call when the weather gets warmer!

I was dubious of a £75 call out charge for my leaking Velux window, but given a roofer had already made matters worse, I thought I’d give them a try. Great service, window fixed for the £75. Couldn’t be more delighted.
