The web site was quick and easy to use, and the follow up phone call
with regards to a small number of questions was dealt with in a very efficient and friendly manner. All other dealings with the company have, to date, been quick and efficient.

Be aware this company requires…
Be aware this company requires notarized proof of identity and address for overseas customers. For someone renting or travelling internationally this service is not appropriate as you will be unable to easily change your address due to the constrained and unnecessary identification policy. The staff I dealt were also unaware that many countries are not signatories of the Hague Convention on Legalization of Foreign Public Documents, making proof of address impossible in my particular case and I quickly cancelled the service.

Thank you for your review, Daniel. As Operations Director, I am concerned when a customer raises issues such as this. Our Head of Compliance has attempted to contact you privately by telephone, without success. I have investigated this matter and can state the following:
Due to Anti-Money Laundering regulations from HMRC, we are required to verify the identity of all customers ('Know Your Customer') and majority shareholders of companies using our address services.
I can confirm that our Compliance Department are experienced and aware of which countries are signatories to The Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents; however, we can confirm that we have received notarised proof of address from your country of residence on numerous occasions, without issue, and this is why we asked this of you.
I can confirm that your order has been cancelled and refunded, at your own request.
I trust you understand our position on this matter. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I phoned with a query which was quickly answered accurately and professionally which gave me the information I needed to sign up online. A simple form to fill out and I was signed up and a prompt confirmation email followed.
I haven’t been into the office (yet) but I am confident it will be a positive experience.
