NOT TRUSTING AVOID.

Reported, prostitution and a cannabis farm in 1 if these property's, its being treated as a brothel these so nothing about it KNOWING there's 6 ppl living in this one house

STAY AWAY FROM TGESE, THIER ALLOWING ILEGAL ACTIVITIES IN ONE OF THIER PROPERTYS

I know because I reported it to them 4 weeks ago.

Central location, very poor property.

2 night stay at King’s Corner via Blue Fox Rentals Ltd - Townhouse in Canterbury. Ample supplies of basics - tea, coffee, shower gel and washing up liquid. Good shower strength in top bathroom.
There are a number of negative points to make potential customers aware of.
There are multiple stains on the carpets throughout the property.
The outside windows have not been cleaned for a considerable amount of time.
The top floor bedroom velux window blind is broken and there are cobwebs inside the window.
The top floor bathroom radiator is significantly rusty.
The ground floor shower has black mould where white grout should be.
The cooker hob is rusty around its edges.
The top bathroom door edge has been shaved but not repainted.
Most of the skirting boards in the property are grimy / dusty not having been cleaned for a considerable amount of time making me wonder why we paid £161 for cleaning.

My opinion is that Blue Fox should not be marketing this property until all the faults have been rectified.

We were really looking forward to our stay but very disappointed with the accommodation.

Our first bad Airbnb experience

Our first bad Airbnb experience. They failed to get back to us during our uncomfortable stay to help resolve the issue despite giving them plenty of opportunity so we had to leave a day earlier. They don’t care about your experience once they have your money. Now going through our credit card to claim a refund.

Short stay in November

Booked a short holiday break for my parents in November and they had a fantastic time in Canterbury. There was an issue with the TV to which they contacted Blue Fox who came over immediately and resolved the issue for them, exceptionally professional and reliable. Would highly recommend.

Rented twice from them at Canterbury

Rented twice from them at Canterbury, overall a hassle free experience from booking to check out, very nice and well kept properties (New Street and St Peter’s). Twice had to call with issues that where promptly resolved. Personalised service, that I prefer over the big brands “call center” kind of service. JG.

Lovely houses in a great locations

I spent wonderful holidays in November and December 2020 with Blue Fox Rentals. I stayed with my family at Saint Peter's and New Street. They were very well equipped, they had everything I needed. Both houses have good locations, walking distance to Canterbury high street. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Canterbury!

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company . Haven't got a clue what they are doing. They are allowing properties that are falling apart to be rented out at over £200 a night. Its tantamount to theft. Complete "couldn't care less" attitude to customer service too.

Hassle-free property management

Having a property far from where we live, the team at Bluefox have been life saving. They manage everything efficiently and we don't have to worry about small and time consuming things. Would definitely recommend Bluefox Rentals.
