Gave this review as I googled and found this bad review from Sue. I sold my apartment through bluedoor estate agents and they did a fantastic job. Personal service and viewings around me as I work all the time. 5* Agents way better than last time when I used a national chain!

Very poor experience as property seller
This company appear to have upped sticks from Abingdon/Bicester area and is now in Southampton. We used them to sell my elderly dad's house. Would not recommend at all. Astoundingly poor attitude to customers - the claims on their website don't reflect our experience at all.
Selling a home is always stressful, you don't need an agent to make it even more difficult. Only found a buyer after we had served them notice. Almost lost the onward purchase because of decisions made by Blue Door when they'd already been instructed otherwise. Issues too numerous to mention... the last straw was when we requested several times that dad's front door key was returned and Rachel refused to do so! Had to point out they should adhere to the TPO code of conduct when dealing with customer requests. Then it was returned.
