A pleasant place to visit .
Staff are always very welcoming and helpful.

Well worth a visit
Staff across the board are very pleasant and helpful
The food in the restaurant is always hot and very tasty. If anyone is a veteran and has the ID card, you can get 10% off (not Blue Light though)

Visited for the first time today looking for roses. Pleasantly surprised at the range and variety of plants and at the range of goods in the shop. Nice to see different, quality products available. All the staff were friendly and especially in the restaurant where we enjoyed a nice and reasonably priced light lunch. Easy location just out of Knutsford town centre. Will definitely be back!

Always a pleasure to visit a Blue Diamond Garden Centre; a go to place for me - the choice and quality is outstanding. My local BDGC offers more than just plants so I can shop for fashion items, a range of fresh foods, baked goods, treats, home decor, seasonal items and much more; its always nice to sample something from the restaurant too. The staff throughout are friendly and very helpful and its always a pleasure to visit even if I'm browsing rather than buying.

I love the Blue Diamond Garden centre The Emporium in Sywell Northampton. Lovely selection of plants and goodies. A great place to shop good atmosphere and a great restaurant with lovely friendly staff. They also have a great Delicatessen with fine food. Not cheap but great for a treat or two. Visit often.

Best garden centre around our area
Highly recommend. Lovely friendly staff, very knowledgeable and always happy to help. We mostly visit to buy shrubs but have also eaten in the restaurant which was very nice. Also great to have additional shops like Regatta, Cotton Traders etc on site.

Very enjoyable lunch.
Visited the restaurant for the first time in a while. New menu looks so much better; good was really nice. Service was quick and efficient. Will be going again … A bit chilly in the greenhouse area where we sat but it was full inside. Didnt stop for dessert and went to the shop instead 😊

Great Garden Centre
Great selection of Homeware, clothing, plants, garden equipment and seasonal items . Staff are friendly and helpful, the aquarium is also brilliant. The restaurant is a lovely place to have either tea and cake or a proper meal. Overall the garden has a lovely atmosphere and would definitely recommend.

Enjoyable Morning Out
I love everything about this garden centre. The clothes shop always has items I like. The area with the household items is so beautifully displayed. I bought a beautiful hanging basket from the garden centre. The quality is always excellent. Then I went to the Café with my daughter and grandson where we had lovely fresh cakes and coffees. Finally the staff always seem happy and are very helpful. Altogether it makes for an enjoyable morning out.

Lunch on Sunday
On Sunday (4th Oct) my husband and I visited the garden centre with the intention of having a light meal and then shopping. We went to the restaurant to order some food. I ordered from the deli and my husband ordered from the brunch menu. We ordered hot drinks to accompany our meal. While waiting I saw what looked like my salads dished onto plates and placed on an area where members of the public were picking up menus etc. Thought that they were waiting for the addition of some salmon and also my husbands food. 25 minutes passed. We had been served, and consumed, our hot drinks in this time. But then finally our food was served to us. It was at this point that my thoughts were confirmed that the salads that had been sitting out for all passers by to cough or finger menus next to was my food. The salmon that I had been waiting for was also missing. This was confirmed that it had not been part of the order and that I could re order it. I declined as the process has already taken far too long. My husbands hot food was served with a long, black hair over it. Which he picked off as by then we just wanted to finish the experience and carry on with the day. It was then that I saw your QR code for adding a "how did we do" review. This was also disappointing as it takes the reviewer to a website and not a review page.
All in all, the experience with the food could have been made easier if we had been told at the start that there was an expected wait. Other patrons were experiencing the same. But the omission of part of my meal, the food that I was served being left in a place where the general public had access to it and then the addition of a human hair to my husbands food, brings the running of this establishment into question. We did not have a good experience here.

Great customer service
I ordered a dish at the Northampton garden centre which was overly salty. I mentioned it to the server who offered me another dish which I accepted. The server, Kayleigh, came to apologise and inform me that the two chefs had tasted the dish and had taken it off the menu for the day. She offered me a free drink and dessert (coffee and walnut cake which was yummy!). Really happy with the customer service!
