Great Pool refurb

After they were the only pool company to return my calls and emails we used Blue Cube to summerise our pool. Because they did that well and in a customer friendly way we got them to do a full relining the pool. Andy, Lewis and Rhys were great and the final look is excellent. Thanks again guys, and Jenni for great customer service!

Recommended as a relatively low cost option

I am writing this review a year on so that it fairly reflects our entire experience. Blue Cube completed our pool at a reasonable price and under difficult circumstances due to Covid restrictions. There were some problems along the way. The plastic liner did not fit snugly at the first attempt and they tried to blame us for turning a vacuum pump off (actually it was one of their guys who turned it off). The dehumidifier did not work when first installed and could not be fixed for 5 weeks (it was Christmas/New Year season) . This led to some black mould damage to the interior walls, which we found had not been varnished. We eventually settled on a discount to the final payment to allow for this. Since then the pool has been fine. We have been able to use it through the winter, though you can imagine the electricity bills!
Blue Cube have not been in contact to check on how we are doing with our new pool but they have answered questions by email.

Great customer service

The engineers duly arrived with us at the time agreed and from start to completion everything went “swimmingly smooth”. Two young gents who were extremely polite who seemed to completely ‘know their stuff’ and genuinely cared about what they were doing. When presented with the job nothing seemed a challenge and the job, a replacement filter system was completed accordingly with no fuss.
These gents are a real credit to the business - thankyou once again Blue Cube Pools.

I cannot thank Blue Cube enough for their superb response and service in the past week, when we had a pump emergency , which closed our medical hydrotherapy pool.

It is a pleasure to find such a fantastic family owned local company with such knowledge and experience.

Outstanding service and knowledge

I found the overall service level offered from booking my pool survey to be outstanding. Always responded to my questions efficiently and promptly.

I found the advice from the Engineer very useful. Clearly very knowledgeable and kept all the information to a format that I would understand.

Impressive and I will be back! Thank you for making what can seem complicated about maintaining and running a swimming pool, very easy to understand

I am sorry to hear that you feel that our service was not up to standard on this occasion. Unfortunately in this circumstance, there have been issues since the beginning which were out of our control. The unit supplied was different due to the manufacturer discontinuing the original unit. This was replaced with a more energy-efficient and environmentally friendlier one, which will help save you money in the long run. I believe there has been a misunderstanding with regards to the pricing which not only included the unit but also the work to fit it. We price matched all the works and further reduced the price in your favour. We have offered technical support throughout this transaction and supplied information from technical bodies when requested to support our responses with regards to the heater. Further to the original works we also promptly reacted to an unknown construction problem with your pool without delay to ensure the best completion was achieved. Our proven track record is a testament to our usual performance and once again we apologise if you feel we did not meet your expectations. We will continue to offer you support if you have any other problems or issues please get in touch and as always we will respond promptly and effectively.
