Bad support. Ask fortune for anything...

I had to choose Bluecorner/Blink because LeasePlan was only working with them.
THey asked around 6000 euros (instead of initial lease plan budget of 2000 euros) because they had to croos stairs).
I used my own tech and did cost me 100 euros to prepare the work. THey still asked a supplement of 700 euros (excl VAT) for I do not know why (I thought to put back the stairs as some were removed to allow the placement of cable). I accepted because I needed it. When tecch came, he took less than 2 hours. When he left, I asked him why he did not put back stairs... He tols me he was not informed. I asked what was special to my install compared to another one. He told me nothing. I told Bluecorner that I would not pay the extra. I did not even had a reply. So, budget from 6000 to around 3000 to 2000 (+100 euros of my local tech)...
After 2y and half, it is no more working. THey tell me a tech as to come. Budget. 390 euros excl VAT for travel expenses plus 99eruos excl VAT per hours. Of course without guarantee....

They charge me 200e for charging my car from a never heard “use charge” that they charge 20cent per minute charge. The actuall cost was only 11e. This is ridiculously since it will be much more then how much they charge for the charging it self. This is customer scam at its finest, and really make me wonder to sell my EV and just back to my gas car

For what you are charging

Hi for what you are charging, which is VERY high, you need to maintain your chargers properly.
The app informs me payment accepted, then keeps me waiting interminably whilst it says charging starting, which is really irritating after say ten minutes! Then I return to my car to see no charge at all, and your app saying payment failed.
Not good. We need better legislation for this sort of rubbish infrastructure. Probably some license that could be revoked.

Very bad service

Very bad service! Issue ongoing since 16-June-23 … more than 1 month later still not resolved. It’s apparently not possibly to register 2 charging cards in 1 charger. This would implicate that clients need to install multiple chargers. Service tickets are closed without resolution.

No customer service whatsoever

Received a cable to charge my company car (Hybrid) through my leasing company.
Have not received a login or any information whatsoever from Bluecorner. I am using their cable, but do not know if I will or when I will be reimbursed.
They do not respond to emails, just open tickets and then don't follow up.
Avoid at all cost.
