Hi blue bananas art supplies. My husband ordered a diamond painting kit on 25 Nov, you gave taken the money but not sent a confirmation email so no order number no tracking number, nothing, but you say you hate scammers who are ruining your business in a response in September.
Send us a response with a confirmation number and a shipment date or return the £43.25 you so happily took.

I had purchased a pallet of various types of tools/35 pieces to be exact and never received none of it. It shows that it was delivered and I haven’t got nothing. It’s so far impossible to reach anyone about this issue. What do I do? I used PayPal, will they look into this issue or will they refund my money? I have no idea how any of this works.

I just got scammed. This really sucks. I got a broken watch and rings that are way too small for my figurs. And I can't even get my money back.

This is NOT the company that scammed me. Unfortunatel, the true BlueBananas company is taking the brunt of the bad reviews because the scamming company used their name. Please disregard this bad review. I've changed the stars from 1 to 5 because of this.

I ordered 2 beach tents and paid for expedited shipping (thank God I used PayPal). It took over a month for a package to come from China and it contained to 2 packs of plastic beach shovels that can be purchased at Wal-Mart. Never AGAIN!!!

This is a scam. You receive a beach ball and two tiny plastic spades and your emails are returned. Please don’t give these cowardly low lifes your hard earned money.

Shocked that for the first time I have been scammed, after reading other's feedbacks. It dawned on me now...Yup I do recall I got 2 plastic toy shovels and two plastic balls wondered I didn't order this???
I emailed the seller asking where the item was its been over a month and my email bounced back.

I got caught in the beach tent scam, too! I don’t know how to register a complaint with the post office, especially since it came from China! I guess I can take it up with PayPal, but I ordered it some weeks ago; don’t know what the statute of limitations is or how to initiate a claim of fraud with them.

Wish I could give a zero star rating. An absolute scam. Ordered the beach shelter, got 2 tiny beach shovels and a beach ball.

Asked for a refund via PayPal resolution centre and keep getting fobbed off with offers of a partial refund.

They're using another company's product on their site - I doubt if they've even seen one of these tents in real life.

Seems like I'm not the only one to be conned. They need exposing and shutting down.

Ordered a pop up beach tent with solar lights. Received two cheap plastic kid shovels and a beach ball. Paid $25.43 for this item. Hoping to get my money back. Exposing this on all my social media outlets. *Update: Seems there are a number of folks that were scammed the same way. Did a simple Google search to see that along with other reviews. Writing back in ALL CAPS along with grammatical errors doesn’t help or change the fact that myself and others were scammed.

Also ordered the pop up tent solar and all I got was a cheap little blowup ball and 2 tiny shovels. All this for 24.98.

Scammed by someone using this companies name. Ensure you don't order from bluebanana.store as I ordered beach pop up tent believing it was from bluebananas.co.uk and received 2 shovels and a beach ball. Rating as 4 due to the great communication from bluebananas.co.uk.

As most of the reviews, I was also scammed by this company.
I ordered a $30 beach tent and received 2 dollar store shovels and a beach ball.

I was scammed by a company that was posing as this company, I also ordered 2 beach tents and received 2 cheap beach balls instead, after sending them $30.00 I am reporting the person who shipped it to the postal service for mail fraud!!!

Apparently the company that scammed me was another person posing as this company, and using their name. The real company, "Blue Bananas.uk" should be going after the crooks for stealing their name and using it to scam people. I apologize for getting this wrong, and I am going after the people who actually did scam me.
I completed the mail fraud complaint with the US postal service for the person who sent me the beach ball. I'm just wondering if everyone else here posting that was also scammed recieved that from the same person. His name and address are also listed on internet scams websites.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a pop up beach tent and received two very small cheap sand shovels and a Chinsy beach ball instead. I’m so confused.... worth maybe $2. Maybe. So disappointed and very confused.
