I had ordered a letterbox bouquet of flowers for a friend , when the Royal Mail tried to deliver it they were unable to, since the person was not at home. Bloom and Wild alerted me to the problem. I contacted my friend and learnt that he was away due to a family bereavement. Bloom and Wild were willing to resend a fresh letterbox bouquet 10days later at no extra cost to me. I think that is excellent service.

Bloom and wild are a rarity. I made a mistake with my order and they corrected it for me and went beyond what I could of expected.. Their customer service is exceptional, they replied quickly and sent a lovely personal message of reassurance and pure kindness. This is so rare with business world of today. Their flowers are gorgeous lots of choices and prices are very competitive with rewards and free delivery. They have an exceptional team of staff who show compassion and empathy and total professionalism.

Customer service has been fantastic x Super quick response x unfortunately flowers delivered to a very poorly friend substandard so gave feedback and a replacement was sent out to me as an apology x Didn't want friend to know as she was happy as they brought her a bit of sunshine so they sent to me .

Bloom and Wild staff tracked my bouquet,chocolates and card for a funeral.

When it was found to be undeliverable on the Friday, and over the weekend, they quickly sent another complete fresh order which was lovely for the family, even though it was too late for the funeral.

I have been gifted flowers from this company which lasted much longer than others from different providers. The flowers come into their own after about two days in a vase, opening up and displaying their full, natural beauty.
Because of my own experience of receiving these flowers, the company was my first choice when I wanted to send some to a friend. She was equally delighted with them!

I just want to say your advert is sooo annoying. I am sick of seeing it. I do send your flowers but your advert makes me want to scream and when that woman goes upstairs to the art room with that really old-fashioned looking bunch of flowers it’s just the most annoying ever makes me wanna scream

I had a problem with a delivery. I contacted customer service and explained. I received a very quick reply with the steps to be taken. There was a fair bit of exchanging mails but it was all handled so quickly and efficiently. Problem was solved very swiftly. I would highly recommend Bloom and Wild as I have been dealing with them for a couple of years and they are brilliant.

I have been using Bloom & Wild for a while now not only for friends and family, but also for work related acknowledgements. Always good quality flowers and amazing value for money. They last for ages. So easy to use their website and so far, never a delivery date missed. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Terrible experience sadly - simply the worst bouquet received - quality of flowers, presentation, density of flowers: all very poor. I was embarrassed by what my wife received. Never again

Whenever I need to send flowers remotely I use Bloom and Wild. The flowers always arrive on the correct day and the recipients have always been very pleased with their flowers. There is such a choice of bouquets too.
